Abstract
ABSTRAK MSME merupakan salah satu penggerak perekonomian di Indonesia. Begitu juga di Kabupaten Kebumen, dimana Kota Kebumen memiliki potensi produksi MSME yang prospektif untuk dikembangkan. Disamping itu, Kota Kebumen merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan adanya permasalahan ekonomi yaitu tingkat kemiskinan dan pengangguran yang masih tinggi. Perancangan MSME Center di Kabupaten Kebumen ini akan membuka sektor ekonomi dengan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang dapat mewadahi MSME di wilayah tersebut yaitu dengan menyediakan layanan infomasi, promosi, pendampingan usaha, pengembangan jaringan usaha, pelatihan usaha dan galeri pemasaran yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan perdagangan dan fasilitas lain yang mendukung kegiatan MSME di Kabupaten Kebumen. Pendekatan neo vernacular diterapkan supaya perancangan MSME Center ini mampu menjadi sebuah bangunan yang dapat mengangkat tema lokal, sehingga tetap menjunjung budaya dari Kebumen, karena didalamnya akan menampung produk-produk khas Kebumen sehingga sekaligus mempromosikan Kota Kebumen. Ide desain yang diterapkan diperoleh berdasarkan analisa kondisi eksisting, potensi, dan permasalahan dan dipadukan dengan pendekatan neo vernacular yaitu menyesuaikan penerapan elemen arsitektur yang telah ada, baik fisik (bentuk, konstruksi) maupun non-fisik (konsep, filosofi, tata ruang) dengan tujuan melestarikan unsur-unsur lokal. Kesimpulan dari perancangan ini yaitu peningkatan sektor ekonomi dan pariwisata di Kabupaten Kebumen dengan merancang bangunan MSME Center sehingga mampu mewadahi masyarakat untuk mengembangkan usaha dengan konsep mengangkat tema lokal sehingga budaya daerah tetap terjaga. Likewise in Kebumen Regency, where the City of Kebumen has the potential for prospective MSME production to be developed. In addition, Kebumen City is one of the districts in Central Java Province with economic problems, namely high levels of poverty and unemployment. The design of the MSME Center in Kebumen Regency will open the economic sector with facilities and infrastructure that can accommodate MSMEs in the region, namely by providing information services, promotions, business assistance, business network development, business training and marketing galleries related to trade activities and facilities. others who support MSME activities in Kebumen Regency. The neo vernacular approach is applied so that the design of the MSME Center is able to become a building that can raise local themes, so that it still upholds the culture of Kebumen, because it will accommodate Kebumen's typical products so that it also promotes Kebumen City. The design idea applied is obtained based on an analysis of existing conditions, potentials, and problems combined with the neo vernacular approach, namely adjusting the application of existing architectural elements, both physical (form, construction) and non-physical (concept, philosophy, spatial) with the aim preserving local elements. The conclusion of this design is to increase the economic and tourism sector in Kebumen Regency by designing the MSME Center building so that it is able to accommodate the community to develop businesses with the concept of raising local themes so that regional culture is maintained.
