Abstract
ABSTRAK Persaingan diantara perusahaan diukur dari tingkat produktivitas perusahaan tersebut, oleh karena itu setiap perusahaan dituntut untuk meningkatkankinerjanya secara lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UD Ni’mah bertujuan untuk mengukur nilai produktivitas dengan menetapkan bulan Januari 2019 sebagai periode dasar dengan metode Marvin E Mundel dengan 6 indikator yaitu: deflactor,harga konstan, RIP, Agregate Output, Indeks produktivitas Partial dan Indeks Produktivitas Total. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran produktivitas selama masa periode pengukuran dengan menetapkan nilai perolehan yang di dapat dari hasil pengukuran adalah, Indeks produktivitas material tertinggi dicapai pada bulan April 2019 dengan nilai 107,65% dan terendah pada bulan Desember dengan nilai 85,05%, Indeks produktivitas tenaga kerja tertinggi pada bulan Februari 2019 dengan nilai hanya 100,3% dan terendah pada bulan Maret yaitu sebesar 99,87%, Indeks produktivitas energi tertinggi pada bulan Juni yaitu sebesar 117,32% dan terendah pada bulan Desember 2019 hanya sebanyak 90,04%, Indeks produktivitas depresiasi tertinggi pada bulan Juni yaitu sebesar 117,32% dan terendah pada bulan Desember dengan nilai sebesar 90,01%, Indeks produktivitas total yang mengalami peningkatan dari bulan dasar yaitu pada bulan April sebesar 104,62%, sedangkan indeks produktivitas total yang mengalami penurunan terhadap bulan dasar pada bulan Desember dengan nilai 89,09%. Kata Kunci: Prdoduktivitas, Angka Indeks, Metode Marvin E Mundel ABSTRACT Competition among companies is measured by the level of productivity of the companies, therefore, each company is required to improve its performance more effectively and efficiently to achieve target as expected by the company. This research was conducted in UD Ni'mah aims to measure productivity value by setting January 2019 as the base period using Marvin E Mundel method with 6 indicators, namely: deflactor, constant price, RIP, Aggregate Output, Partial productivity index, and Total Productivity Index. Based on productivity measurement result during measurement period which is by determining acquired value obtained from measurement results, the highest material productivity index was achieved in April 2019 with 107.65% value and the lowest was in December with 85.05% value. About Labor productivity index: the highest workforce was in February 2019 with 100.3% value and the lowest was in March with 99.87% value; the highest energy productivity index was in June with 117.32% value and the lowest in December 2019 was only 90.04% value; the highest depreciation productivity index was in June with 117.32% value and the lowest was in December with 90.01% value. The total productivity index which increased from the base month in April was 104.62% value, while total productivity index decreased against the base month in December with 89.09% value.
