Abstract
ABSTRAK Transportasi merupakan aktivitas kegiatan pemindahan orang dan/atau barang dari suatu tempat ke tempat lain. Dalam transportasi terdapat unsur pergerakan secara fisik terjadi perpindahan tempat atas orang dan/atau barang dengan/tanpa alat angkut ke tempat lain (Joetata, 1997:2). Transportasi diperlukan karena adanya kesenjangan jarak antara lokasi sumber, lokasi produksi dan lokasi konsumen. Perwujudan kegiatan transportasi yang baik adalah dalam bentuk terkendalinya keseimbangan antara sistem kegiatan, sistem jaringan dan sistem kelembagaan. Terdapat interaksi yang kuat antara sistem transportasi dan sistem tata guna lahan (aktivitas). Transportasi yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat adalah transportasi darat , namun minat masyarakat terhadap angkutan umum mulai berkurang ini terlihat terlihat dari mulai produktivitas pada terminal bus. Terminal bus adalah sebuah prasarana transportasi jalan untuk keperluan menurunkan dan menaikkan penumpang, perpindahan intra dan/atau antar moda transportasi serta mengatur kedatangan dan pemberangkatan kendaraan umum. Pada terminal perlu adanya sirkulasi yang baik, sirkulasi sendiri merupakan salah satu factor penting dalam sebuah perencanaan sirkulasi yaitu kenyamanan yang meliputi pencahayaan, kelembaban relative dan suhu. Selain kenyamanan factor penting lainnya adalah aksesibilitas (kemudahan akses) untuk menuju objek peragaan. Sirkulasi sendiri akan mempengaruhi tata masa pada bangunan bahkan fungsi pada bangunan itu sendiri. Perubahan fungsi mengakibatkan fungsi awal perencanaan dikatakan tidak berhasil. Pada Terminal Bus Tipe C Condongcatur terdapat perubahan fungsi dan masih ada crossing sirkulasi antara pengguna kendaraan di dalam Terminal Condongcatur. Untuk menanggapi masalah sirkulasi beserta alih fungsi terminal maka di gunakan pendekatan dengan konsep adaptable space atau ruang yang dapat beradaptasi. Adaptable space sendiri merupakan konsep yang memberikan fleksibilitas untuk memiliki banyak fungsi pada ruang. Prinsip perancangan adaptable space dapat kita terapkan pada elemen sebuah ruang, tentunya dengan menyesuaikan kebutuhan dan pola hidup pengguna, konsep ini cocok di terapkan untuk rancangan multifungsi yang terlihat luas dan rapi. Kata kunci: Adaptable Space, Sirkulasi, Terminal Bus, Terimal Bus Tipe C Condongcatur, Transprtasi. ABSTRACT Transportation is the activity of moving people and / or goods from one place to another. In transportation, there is an element of physical movement of people and / or goods with / without transportation to other places (Joetata, 1997: 2). Transportation is needed because of the gap between the location of the source, location of production and location of consumers. The manifestation of good transportation activities is in the form of controlled balance between activity systems, network systems and institutional systems. There is a strong interaction between the transportation system and the land use system (activities). The transportation that is mostly used by the community is land transportation, but the public's interest in public transportation has begun to decrease, as can be seen from the productivity at the bus terminal. The bus terminal is a road transportation infrastructure for the purposes of dropping and picking up passengers, transferring intra and / or between modes of transportation and regulating the arrival and departure of public vehicles. At the terminal there is a need for good circulation, circulation itself is one of the important factors in a circulation plan, namely comfort which includes lighting, relative humidity and temperature. Apart from convenience, another important factor is accessibility (easy access) to the object of the demonstration. Circulation itself will affect the mass structure of the building and even the functions of the building itself. The change in function resulted in the initial planning function being said to be unsuccessful. At the Type C Condongcatur Bus Terminal there is a change in function and there is still a circulation crossing between vehicle users inside the Condongcatur Terminal. To respond to circulation problems and transfer of terminal functions, an approach with the concept of adaptable space is used. Adaptable space itself is a concept that provides flexibility to have multiple functions in space. We can apply the adaptable space design principle to the elements of a room, of course, by adjusting the needs and lifestyle of the user, this concept is suitable for multi-functional designs that look spacious and neat.
