Abstract

ABSTRACT The Personnel Management Information System located at Kelet Hospital was formed to improve the delivery of services and tasks for the community. In Kelet Hospital, many personnel data need to be stored and processed. One of them is employee performance appraisal data. Personnel data management is currently still done manually. To simplify the process of processing personnel data, an information system is needed to manage employee data more effective, efficient and accurate. To overcome this, a web-based personnel management information system was created using the waterfall method. This information system design includes flowchart systems, data flow diagrams, context diagrams, database design, and user interface design. The Personnel Management Information System was created using the PHP programming language, and the MYSQL database. The implementation of this Web-based Personnel Management Information System was to help the staffing section in managing staffing data properly. Keywords: Information Systems, Management, Staffing.
