Abstract
ABSTRACT In the business world, POS (Point of Sales) is also known as a cashier application. It is an application or software used to support direct transactions with sellers in various retail stores. POS can also be interpreted as a combination of a cashier (check-out counter) and a cash register (cash register) at which point the sale of a product ends. Here, buyers and sellers make payments for goods or services that have been received. Weak control of goods and manual or computerized reports have bad impact on stores because sales reports and purchase reports are hampered. The purpose of this research is to create a point of sales information system that can be accessed online. The method used was the waterfall method. This method was used to develop software systems by having a software life flow sequentially starting from analysis, design, coding, and testing. The system design used the Unified Modeling Language, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. Keywords: Point of Sales, Website, Information System
