Abstract
ABSTRACT One of the promotion requirements for Civil Officer Apparatus, Private, and Petty-Officer is they must have achievement assessment. The result of the assessment can be earned by proposing officer’s performance target which latter called as OPT for Civil Officers Apparatus. OPT contains responsibilities and target that must be achieved during actual and measurable assessment time. While on Private and Petty Officer are directly assessed by their superior. Achievement assessment is used as consideration for rank promotion, award, increasing salary and allowance. By designing achievement assessment, it will simplify in calculating achievement score and assessment for officer’s performance target. The system is built using PHP programming language with MySQL database. Achievement assessment system is expected can assist in officer’s achievement process and officer’s performance assessment using web programming.
