Abstract
ABSTRACT Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Bantul has some programs and services that emphasize on nine years basic education obligation, such as: Package A Program Equivalency (Equivalent to Elementary School), Package B (Equivalent to Junior High School), and Package C (equivalent to Junior High), and Package C (Equivalent to Senior High) for those who are not continuing their school, and less fortunate. Various problems in SKB Bantul are in registering the people to join the program. It has not used data base and still using paper, so that, the staffs are having difficulties in managing the data, academic system which is learning and teaching activities including daily assessment, mid-term assessment; and final term assessment has not been managed correctly. This makes people have difficulties to get information quickly and accurately. Therefore, it is required information system for managing people’s data to help and overcome difficulties faced by Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Bantul. So that, it can give information precisely, optimum, efficient, and easy to manage academic data of the people. Keywords: Information System, Data Processing, Learning People
