Abstract
ABSTRACT The role of clinic is very important for people’s life, especially Pratama clinic medical service in the society. Medical services provided are general service, child care, obstetric examination services handled by doctors and nurses who work at the clinic. Being more prepared and efficient service, the clinic requires information system that increases the performance to process identity data, medical supply and payement by the patients. Method used in this research is observation data collection, which is directly visit Kasih Bunda Pratama Clinic to observe and discuss directly about the service in this clinic, literary method is by finding the data in the book as refference and guildeline for the researcher. PHP programming language and MySQl are as database. Benefit of the research is to give easiness in serving the people. It is expected that the program can handle problems occur in serving patient, so that, it can serve data to be more efficient. Keywords: Clinic, Patient Service, Information System.
