Abstract

PT HS BUDIMAN is a large autobus company from Tasikmalaya. In the operation 80% responsibility is on the driver who works in the field. Problems often occur in the recruitment of a driver including a long recruitment time, ineffective test testing, and recruitment results that may not meet the company expectation. Decision making using a method using rules is a solution so that recruitment can be done quickly and it can obtain results that are in accordance with the criteria and rules that have been made. Based on this problem, a system is created to facilitate staffing in recruiting with the Sugeno method of fuzzy logic. Prospective driver data used are 35 people with 4 variables, namely file, interview, personality, and test drive. Whereas the implication process is divided into 3 intervals, i.e. medium-low-high and the rules for the defuzzyfication process are as many as 54 rules with 2 variable decision results, namely rejected and accepted. The results obtained are 2 potential drivers rejected and 33 drivers accepted with an accuracy value of 65%. Keywords: Decision Support System, PT HS budiman, Logika Fuzy Metode Sugeno
