Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu isu terkini dalam dunia teknik sipil yaitu metode flat slab. Ciri khas dari metode flat slab adalah pelat dua arah tanpa menggunkan balok, untuk menahan gaya geser digunakan penambahan drop panel disekitar kolom. Kelebihan dari metode ini adalah hemat penggunaan bekisting, beton, dan penulangan sehingga ekonomis dalam membangun gedung. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan redesaign struktur gedung PT.JIAEC Yogyakarta dengan menggunakan metode flat slab. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dimensi struktur pelat lantai dan pelat atap serta penulangan pada Gedung PT.JIAEC Yogyakarta dengan menggunakan metode flat slab; Untuk mengetahui dimensi drop panel serta penulangan pada Gedung PT.JIAEC Yogyakarta dengan mengunkan metode flat slab; Untuk mengetahui dimensi struktur kolom serta penulangan pada Gedung PT.JIAEC Yogyakarta dengan menggunakan metode flat slab. Metode penelitian ini ialah mendesain ulang struktur Gedung dengan metode flat slab berdasarkan perhitungan SNI 2847-2013, serta bantuan software ETABS 2017. Hasil analisis dan perhitungan dimensi struktur menggunakan metode flat slab didapatkan tebal pelat lantai 150 mm, tebal pelat atap 120 mm, tebal drop panel 100 mm dengan lebar drop panel 1600 mm arah x dan 1600 untuk arah y, menggunakan dimensi kolom 1 yaitu 300 mm x 600 mm dan dimensi kolom 2 yaitu 400 x 400 mm. hasil analisis menggunakan software ETABS 2017 didapatkan periode gedung (T) sebesar 0,76 detik. Kata kunci: Flat slab, Drop panel, PT. JIAEC ABSTRACT One of the current issues in the world of civil engineering is the flat slab method. The distinctive feature of the flat slab method is the two-way plate without using beams, to hold the shear force the addition of the drop panel around the column is used. The advantage of this method is saving the use of formwork, concrete, and reinforcement so that it is economical in building buildings. This research redesigned the building structure of PT. JIAEC Yogyakarta using the flat slab method. The purpose of this study was to determine the dimensions of the structure of the floor plate and roof plate and reinforcement in PT. JIAEC Yogyakarta Building using the flat slab method; to find out the dimensions of the drop panel and reinforcement in the PT. JIAEC Yogyakarta Building by using the flat slab method; and to determine the dimensions of the column structure and reinforcement in PT. JIAEC Yogyakarta Building by using the flat slab method. The method of this research is to redesign the structure of the building using the flat slab method based on the calculation of SNI 2847-2013, and the help of the 2017 ETABS software. The results of analysis and calculation of the structural dimensions using the flat slab method shows the thickness of the floor plate 150 mm, the thickness of the roof plate 120 mm, the thickness of the drop a 100 mm panel with a drop panel width of 1600 mm x direction and 1600 for y direction, using column dimensions 1 which are 300 mm x 600 mm and column dimensions 2 which are 400 x 400 mm. The results of the analysis using the 2017 ETABS software obtained a building period (T) of 0.76 seconds. Keywords: Flat slab, Drop panel, PT. JIAEC
