Abstract
ABSTRAK Inspeksi keselamatan lalu lintas adalah inspeksi sistematis jalan atau ruas-ruas jalan untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya, kesalahan, dan kekurangan yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan. Bahaya atau kesalahan dan kekurangan adalah potensi kecelakaan lalu lintas yang disebabkan oleh pengurangan kondisi fisik jalan dan atau pelengkap, kesalahan dalam menerapkan aplikasi konstruksi pelengkap, dan pengurangan kondisi jalan-lingkungan dan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini membahas identifikasi lapangan dan lokasi dominan kecelakaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami lampu tanda darurat dan garis-garis di sisi jalan di jalan yang dibangun; untuk memahami layanan dalam merekomendasikan manajemen delineasi dan lokasi bahaya yang terkait dengan pengurangan aspek keselamatan lalu lintas dan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat keselamatan infrastruktur jalan, mengidentifikasi masalah lapangan yang tersedia dan karakteristik kecelakaan dijalan Lingkar Barat Yogyakarta untuk meminimalkan dan mencegah kecelakaan lalu lintas. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa jalan Lingkar Barat berpotensi mengalami kecelakaan dalam kerentanan kecelakaan. Berdasarkan tahun dari 2017 hingga 2019, ada 76 kasus ratarata 25,3 faktor penyebab; faktor yang paling dominan dalam faktor pengemudi dengan konsentrasi kurang pada kondisi lalu lintas adalah 1,80%, sedangkan faktor manusia (pelanggaran rambu lalu lintas) adalah 6,7%, faktor jalan (jalan rusak) dan faktor alam (licin akibat hujan) hanya 0,3%; berdasarkan jenis luka, luka yang paling dominan adalah luka ringan rata-rata 27,3; sedangkan jenis luka yang menyebabkan kematian adalah 2. Jalan Lingkar Barat termasuk dalam jalan arteri primer Kelas II, berdasarkan Pasal 19 UU No. 22/2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Transportasi Umum Kata. Kata kunci: Keselamatan, Karakteristik Kecelakaan, Infrastruktur ABSTRACT Traffic safety inspection is a systematic inspection of roads or road sections to identify hazards, errors and shortcomings that can cause accidents. Hazards or errors and deficiencies are the potential for traffic accidents caused by the reduction in physical conditions and or complementary roads, errors in implementing complementary construction applications, and reduction of road-environment and surrounding conditions. This study discusses the identification of the field and the dominant location of the accident. The purpose of this study is to understand the emergency signs and the lines on the side of the road on the road being built; to understand services in recommending delineation management and the location of hazards associated with reducing aspects of traffic safety and to evaluate the level of road infrastructure safety, and identifying available field problems and accident characteristics on the Yogyakarta West Ring Road to minimize and prevent traffic accidents. The results of the study indicate that the West Ring road has the potential to experience accidents in accident susceptibility. Based on observations from 2017 to 2019, there were 76 average cases of 25.3 causal factors; the most dominant factor in the driver factor with less concentration in traffic conditions is 1.80%, while the human factor (violation of traffic signs) is 6.7%. Road factors (damaged roads) and natural factors (slippery due to rain) are only 0.3%; based on the type of wound, the most dominant injuries were minor injuries on average 27.3; while the type of injury causing death is 2. The West Ring Road is included in the Class II primary arterial road, based on Article 19 of Law No. 22/2009 concerning Traffic and Public Transportation Said.
