Abstract

ABSTRACT The increasing need for clean water must now be balanced with the amount of clean water available, especially in urban areas such as the GajahWong watershed, which has begun to be polluted. Efforts are needed to find out the potential availability of clean water in the Gajah Wong river, so that it can be used as an alternative to clean water in the Gajah Wong river area. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of clean water needs for residents of users of dirty wells in the Gajah Wong watershed and to know the discharge of each of Gajah Wong's watersheds that will be made alternative to meet the needs of clean water. From the results of the study it was concluded that the Gajah Wong watershed has potential water as an alternative to meet the needs of clean water with a debit of 0.11 liter / s in the spring of Puri Timoho Village, 0.04 liter / s in the spring of Ambar Asri Village, 0, 12 liter / s in the spring of Pandeyan Village, 0.12 liter / s in the spring of Muja Muju Village, 0.04 liter / s in the spring of Plumbon Village, 0.35 liter / s in the spring of Babadan Village, 0.35 liter / s in the spring of Jagalan Village, and 0.04 liter / s in the Galunggung Village spring. The number of residents who can use the spring as an alternative to dirty wells is 95 people in Timoho Village, 34 people in Ambarsari Village, 99 people in Pandeyan Village, 120 people in Muja Muju Village, 34 people in Plumbon Village, 302 people in Babadan Village, 26 people in Jagalan Village, and 31 people in Galunggung Village. Keywords: Clean Water Potential, Spring Discharge, Water Needs.
