Abstract
ABSTRAK Proyekadalahserangkaiantugas yang akan mengarah padapenciptaanataupenyelesaianinisiatifbaru, produk, atau kegiatandengantanggalberakhirtertentu. Sumberdayamerupakanfaktorpenentudalamkeberhasilansuatuproyekkonstruksi. Sumberdaya yang berpengaruhdalamproyekterdiriatasman, materials, machine, money,danmethod.Dalampengukuranproduktivitasterdapatbanyakmetode yang bias digunakan, salahsatunyaproductivity rating, dimanaaktivitaspekerjadiklasifikasikandalam 3 halyaituEssential contributory work, effective work,dannot useful. Sedangkanpengukurandanpengolahan data yang mempengaruhiproduktivitastenagakerjadigunakandenganmetode-metodependekatandenganpengolahan data statistik. PenelitianinidilaksanakanpadaproyekpembangunangedungApartemenYudhistira Yogyakarta yang difokuskanpadapekerjaanbalok, pelatlantai, dankolom. Data yang diperlukaninidari data sekunderadalah time schedule dangambarkerja, sedangkanuntuk data primernyaadalahpengamatanlangusngdanwawancaradilapangan.Analisisdilakukandengancaramenghitungproduktivitastenagakerjapadapekerjaanpemasanganbekestingpadapekerjaanbalok, plat lantai, dankolom. Dari hasilperhitungandidapatkesimpulanbahwaPada proses pemasanganbeketstingpadalantai 5 iniobjekpengamatanpadapembangunangedungApartemenYudhistira Yogyakarta membutuhkan 5-6 pekerja .Produktivitastenagakerjapekerjaanbalok, pelatlantai, dankolompadaproyekpembangunangedungApartemenYudhistiradengannilaiproduktivitastenagakerja (m2/jam) reratapadazona 1 adalahpekerjaanbalok 0,93 m2/jam, padapekerjaanpelatlantaiadalah 1,11 m2/jam, danpadapekerjaankolomadalah 2,8 m2/jam, sedangkanpadazona 2 padapekerjaanbalokadalah 0,97 m2/jam, padapekerjaanpelatlantaiadalah 1,85 m2/jam, danpadapekerjaankolomadalah 2,25 m2/jam. Factor umur, pengalamankerja, dantingkatpendidikankhsususnya para pekerjapemasanganbekestingpadalantai 5 sangatlahberpengaruhterhadapkelangsunganaktivitaspekerjaankarenamelihatpengetahuandanketerampilansuatupekerja, karenasemakin lama bekerjamakatingkatpengetahuandanketerampilan yang dimilikiolehpekerja, sehinggakinerjaakansemakinmeningkattanpamengulur-ngulurwaktu. Kata Kunci :Produktivitas, tenagakerja, Dan Waktu ABSTRACT Projects are a series of tasks that will lead to the creation or completion of new initiatives, products, or activities with a certain end date. Resources are an important factor in the success of a project construction. Resources that influence the projects, such as man, materials, machine, money, and method. In measuring the productivity of the method, there are many methods that can be used, one of them is productivity rating, where worker activities are classified in 3 ways, namely Essential contributory work, effective work, and not useful. While the measurement and processing of data that affect the productivity of labor is used by methods of approach to processing statistical data. This research was carried out on the building project of Yogyakarta Yudhistira Apartment building which was focused on the work of beams, floor plates and columns.The data needed from secondary data is time schedule and working drawings, while the primary data is direct observation and field interviews. The analysis was done by calculating labor productivity in the installation of formwork on beam work, floor plates, and columns. From the calculation results it can be concluded that in the process of beams installing on the 5th floor this object of observation in the construction of the Yogyakarta Yudhistira Apartment building requires 5-6 workers. Labor productivity of beam work, floor plates, and columns in the building construction project of Yudhistira Apartment with the value of labor productivity (m2 / hour) in zone 1 is beam work 0.93 m2 / hour, on floor plate work is 1.11 m2 / hour , and in column work it is 2.8 m2 / hour, whereas in zone 2 the work of beams is 0.97 m2 / hour, in floor plate work is 1.85 m2 / hour, and in column work is 2.25 m2 / hour. Factors of age, work experience, and level of education especially the installation workers on the 5th floor are very influential on the continuity of work activities, because the longer they work the better the level of knowledge and skills possessed by workers, so that their performance will increase without stalling.
