Abstract

ABSTRAK Gedung Layanan Alumni Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta yang berada di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta termasuk ke dalam wilayah gempa kategori resiko gempa II. Bangunan Gedung Layanan Alumni Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta sangat menarik untuk dilakukan evaluasi kinerja karena penulis ingin mengetahui apa yang akan terjadi setelah gempa terjadi, apakah banguan tetap berdiri tanpa kerusakan struktur ataupun non-struktur sehingga dapat memicu keruntuhan pada gedung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui nilai capacity curve, mengetahui nilai performance point pada kurva pushover sesuai hasil SAP2000 v14. serta mengetahui kriteria kinerja seismik struktur Gedung Layanan Alumni Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta berdasarkan FEMA 356 dan ATC-40. Metodologi penelitian pada Tugas Akhir ini ialah Pushover Analysis dengan bantuan data respon spektrum wilayah gempa Yogyakarta dengan nilai Sds=0,8, nilai Sd1=0,27 sesuai kategori risiko gempa SC (Tanah Keras) serta kategori desain seismik menggunakan nilai R=8 hal ini guna memperoleh kriteria kinerja bangunan berdasarkan FEMA 356 dan ATC-40 dengan menggunakan software SAP2000 v14. Dari hasil analisis pushover didapatkan nilai hasil perhitungan analisis pushover gaya lateral maksimum untuk push x yang mampu ditahan oleh struktur sebesar 13145.964 kN yang terjadi terjadi pada step 11, dengan displacement 0,089806 m. Gaya lateral yang mampu ditahan untuk push y sebesar 7603.2 kN yang terjadi pada step 9, dengan displacement 0.082201 m. Hasil analisis kedua yang didapatkan yaitu, diperoleh hasil push x performance point dengan gaya geser sebesar 11411,446 kN, displacement (Dt) 0,075 (m), redaman efektif (βeff) 7,1 % dan waktu efektif (Teef) 0,595 detik. Hasil analisis untuk push y performance point dengan gaya geser sebesar 7487,553 kN, displacement (Dt) 0,081 m, redaman efektif (βeff) 8,5 % dan waktu efektif (Teef) 0,752 detik. Hasil ketiga yang didapatkan dari analisis perhitungan dengan bantuan software SAP2000 v.14 berdasarkan FEMA 356 dan ATC-40 menunjukkan bahwa gedung Layanan Alumni Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta termasuk dalam level kinerja Immediate Ocupancy (IO) hal ini berarti bahwa bila terjadi gempa gedung tidak mengalami kerusakan struktur dan non struktural sehingga bangunan tersebut tetap aman digunakan. ABSTRACT Yogyakarta State University Alumni Service Building in Yogyakarta Special Region is included in the earthquake zone II earthquake risk category. Yogyakarta State University Alumni Service Building is very interesting to do a performance evaluation because the author wants to know what will happen after the earthquake occurs, whether the building still stands without structural or non-structural damage so that it can trigger collapse in the building. The purpose of this study is to determine the value of the capacity curve, determine the value of the performance point on the pushover curve according to the results of SAP2000 v14. and knowing the seismic performance criteria of the Yogyakarta State University Alumni Service Building structure based on FEMA 356 and ATC-40. The research methodology in this Final Project is Pushover Analysis with the help of Yogyakarta earthquake area response spectrum data with Sds = 0.8, Sd1 = 0.27 according to the SC risk category (Hard Earth) and seismic design category using R = 8. This was done to obtain building performance criteria based on FEMA 356 and ATC-40 using SAP2000 v14 software. The results of pushover analysis show that the maximum lateral force value for push x that is able to be held by the structure is 13,145,964 kN which occurred in step 11, with displacement of 0.089806 m. The lateral force that is able to be held to push y is 7603.2 kN which occurs in step 9, with displacement of 0.082201 m. The second analysis results obtained are, the results of the push x performance point with a shear force of 11411.444 kN, displacement (Dt) 0.075 (m), effective attenuation (βeff) 7.1% and effective time (Teef) 0.595 seconds. The results of the analysis for push y performance points with shear forces amounted to 7487,553 kN, displacement (Dt) 0.081 m, effective damping (βeff) 8.5% and effective time (Teef) 0.752 seconds. The third result obtained from the calculation analysis with the help of SAP2000 v.14 software based on FEMA 356 and ATC-40 shows that the Yogyakarta State University Alumni Service building is included in the Immediate Ocupancy (IO) performance level; this means that in the event of an earthquake the building does not suffer structural and non-structural damage so that the building remains safe to use.
