Abstract

ABSTRAK Proyek pembangunan overpass interchange Nganjuk ini merupakan bagian dari proyek Trans Tol Java, dimana perlukan pembangunan jaringan jalan baru yang memadahi agar mampu memberikan pelayanan yang optimal sesuai dengan kapasitas yang diperlukan. Untuk itu, pemerintah merencanakan pembangunan jaringan jalan berupa jalan tol yang menghubungkan Solo-Ngawi-Kertosono. Overpass dibangun untuk mengatasi hambatan. Mengatasi hambatan karena konflik di persimpangan, melalui kawasan kumuh yang sulit ataupun melalui kawasan rawa-rawa. Perhitungan optimasi perencanaan struktur bawah overpass interchange Nganjuk dengan variasi tipe pilar majemuk menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2016 untuk melakukan analisis statik, serta penggambaran dengan bantuan Autocad 2016. Untuk peraturan pembebanan menggunakan SNI 1725-2016 dan untuk peraturan perencanaan jembatan terhadap beban gempa menggunakan SNI 2833-2016. Perencanaan menggunakan menggunakan mutu beton K-350 dan baja tulangan BJ-40. Perbedaan volume beton dan berat tulangan yang dibutuhkan perencanaan pilar existing dengan tipe pilar majemuk: volume beton pilar existing = 116,316 m3 , volume beton pilar majemuk = 72,374 m3, volume beton mengalami penurunan sebesar = 37,778 %, berat tulangan pilar existing = 24428,039 kg, berat tulangan pilar majemuk = 10798,786 kg, kebutuhan tulangan mengalami penuruanan sebesar = 55,79 %, Jadi, dari hasil perencanaan tipe pilar majemuk diperoleh kebutuhan tulangan dan volume beton lebih sedikit dari tipe pilar existing. Kata Kunci: analisis statik, pilar majemuk, pilar existing, overpass. ABSTRACT The Nganjuk overpass interchange construction project is part of the Java Trans Toll project, which requires the construction of adequate new road networks to be able to provide optimal services in accordance with the required capacity. For this reason, the government plans to build a road network in the form of a toll road connecting Solo-Ngawi-Kertosono. Overpasses are built to overcome obstacles due to conflicts at intersections, through difficult slums or through swampy areas. Calculation of optimization of lower structure planning at Nganjuk interchange overpass with variations in types of compound pillars uses Microsoft Excel 2016 to conduct static analysis, as well as depictions with the help of Autocad 2016. For loading regulations, it uses SNI 1725-2016 and for bridge planning regulations for earthquake loads using SNI 2833-2016. In the planning used K-350 quality concrete and BJ-40 reinforcing steel. The difference in concrete volume and reinforcement weight required for planning existing pillars with compound pillar types are the existing pillar concrete volume = 116,316 m3, compound pillar concrete volume = 72,374 m3, reduced concrete volume as much as 37,778%, weight of existing pillar reinforcement = 24428 , 039 kg, the weight of the compound pillar reinforcement = 10798.786 kg, the need for a rebalancing reinforcement equal to = 55.79%, So, from the results of the planning of the type of compound pillar the reinforcement needs and concrete volume are less than the existing pillar types.
