Abstract

ABSTRAK Bendung merupakan salah satu infrastruktur bangunan saluran irigasi yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam pengembangan perekonomian di suatu daerah terutama di bidang pertanian. Seiring perjalanan waktu, usia pembangunan bendung di Kabupaten Ponorogo khususnya di sungai Pelem, telah mengalami kerusakan yang disebabkan karena tingginya debit air dan material bebatuan sungai yang terbawa arus. Penelitian tentang prioritas rehabilitasi bendung pada tiap komponen bendung. Penelitian ini diperlukan untuk mempermudah dinas UPTD Karangan untuk memilih bendung yang akan diprioritaskan untuk direhabilitasi terlebih dahulu sesuai anggaran yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kondisi kerusakan komponen bendung, mengetahui prioritas rehabilitasi bendung, dan mengetahui bendung yang diprioritaskan untuk direhabilitasi dengan metode Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Teqhnicque For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Soultion (TOPSIS). Metode dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara melukukan survei kelokasi bendung. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tingkat kerusakan pada bendung Wates 46,41%; Trenggulun 44,17%; Sedoyo 27,55%; Watudukun 13,83%; Ngeprih 71,36%; Puro 2,64%; Kurung 5,41%; Puguh 24,88%; Kunti 10,66%; Nilai prioritas rehabilitasi menggunakan metode AHP yaitu b. Nilai prioritas rehabilitasi menggunakan metode AHP yaitu Bendung Wates 0,201; Ngeprih 0,173; Sedoyo 0,104; Trenggulun 0,101; Kurung 0,080; Nglodo 0,072; Watudukun 0,070; Kunti 0,070; Puguh 0,068; Puro 0,063. Nilai prioritas rehabilitasi menggunakan metode TOPSIS yaitu Bendung Wates 1,000; Ngeprih 0,007; Sedoyo 0,003; Trenggulun 0,003; Kurung 0,002; Nglodo 0,001; Watudukun 0,001; Kunti 0,001; Puguh 0,001; Puro 0,000. Dari kedua metode tersebut hasil prioritas rehabilitasi sama yaitu pada Bendung Wates.
