Abstract

ABSTRAK Asrama Putri Universitas ‘Aisyiyah yang terletak di Yogyakarta merupakan bangunan tempat tinggal yang di peruntukan untuk mahasiswi, bangunan ini mempunyai luas bangunan sebesar ±487.687,5 m2 dan juga merupakan bangunan bertingkat 4 lantai serta memiliki ketinggian 14,4 m. Sebuah struktur bangunan harus direncanakan sesuai dengan kaidah-kaidah perencanaan yang berlaku, sehingga dampak yang disebabkan oleh gempa dapat menahan guncangan yang telah direncanakan. Tujuan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai performace point arah X dan arah Y. Untuk arah X diperoleh nilai Vt =8005,621 Ton, D =0,02 m, Teff =0,249 detik dan untuk arah Y diperoleh nilai Vt =8532,475 Ton, D =0,00567 m, Teff =0,156 detik berdasarkan analisis pushover SAP2000 v19, strukturnya direncanakan mampu memikul beban berbagai beban-beban yang terjadi selama masa layak struktur bangunan tersebut. Evaluasi kinerja terhadap gempa dengan metode Pushover Analisis Sesuai ATC-40 Dan FEMA 356. Disamping itu dalam hitungan juga didasarkan dengan peraturan SNI yang terbaru SNI 1727 : 2013 dan SNI 1726 : 2012. Hasil Tugas Akhir ini mendapatkan nilai performace point. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis static non-linier, diperoleh bahwa struktur berada pada batas antara Life Safety (LS)- Immediate Occupancy (IO), hal ini menunjukkan bahwa bangunan tidak mengalami kerusakan komponen struktur, maka bisa dikatakan gedung yang ditinjau adalah termasuk pada level kinerja Immediate Occupancy (IO). Nilai target perpindahan lateral struktur arah x = 0,013 m dan nilai target perpindahan lateral struktur arah y = 0,0029 m, yang berarti bahwa bangunan Gedung Asrama Putri Universitas ‘Aisyiyah apabila terkena gempa maka bangunan tersebut dapat langsung digunakan kembali tanpa ada kerusakan struktur yang berarti. Sedangkan level kinerja bangunan berdasarkan ATC 40 mendapatkan maka hasil perhitungan diatas didapatkan hasil maksimum In-elastis drift arah x = 0,00129 dan maksimum In-elastis drift arah y = 0,000419 yang berarti bahwa gedung yang ditinjau adalah termasuk dalam level Immediate Occupancy (IO). ABSTRACT The Aisyiyah University Women’s Dormitory located in Yogyakarta is a residential building designated for female students, this building has a building area of ± 487,687.5 m2 and is also a 4-storey building and has a height of 14.4 m. A building structure must be planned according to the rules of planning in force, so that the impact caused by an earthquake can withstand planned shocks. The purpose of this Final Project aims to get the value of performance point X and Y direction. For X direction, the value of Vt = 8005,621 Tons, D = 0,02 m, Teff = 0,249 seconds and for Y direction the value of Vt = 8532,475 is obtained Ton, D = 0.00567 m, Teff = 0.156 seconds based on SAP2000 v19 pushover analysis, the structure is planned to be able to carry the burden of various loads that occur during the proper structure of the building. Evaluation of performance against earthquakes with the Pushover Analysis method in accordance with ATC-40 and FEMA 356. Besides, the calculation is also based on the latest SNI regulations SNI 1727: 2013 and SNI 1726: 2012. The results of this Final Project get a performance point value. Based on the calculation results of static non-linear analysis, it is found that the structure is at the boundary between Life Safety (LS) - Immediate Occupancy (IO), this shows that the building has not suffered damage to structural components, so it can be said that the building under review is included in the performance level Immediate Occupancy (IO). The value of the lateral displacement target structure of the direction x = 0.013 m and the value of the lateral displacement target structure of the direction of y = 0.0029 m, which means that the building of the Female Dormitory Building of the University of 'Aisyiyah if affected by an earthquake then the building can be directly reused without any significant structural damage . While the building performance level based on ATC 40 gets the calculation results above, it is obtained that the maximum In-elastic drift direction x = 0.00129 and the maximum In-elastic drift direction y = 0,000419 which means that the building under review is included in the level of Immediate Occupancy ( IO).
