Abstract
ABSTRAK Salah satu komponen yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap proyek konstruksi adalah tenaga kerja. Terutama pada pekerjaan pasangan dinding, sehingga produktivitas tenaga kerja harus dimaksimalkan guna meminimalisir anggaran dan waktu penyelesaian proyek. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek rehabilitasi bangunan Pasar Prawirotaman dengan cara pengamatan (observasi) di lapangan menggunakan video camera dan wawancara mengenai beberapa hal yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan pasangan dinding. Mengambil data dari 3 tukang bata merah dan 3 tukang bata ringan, masing-masing unit 3 siklus pekerjaan dengan siklus pekerjaan seluas 1 m2. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbandingan produktivitas pekerjaan pasangan dinding menggunakan bata merah dan bata ringan per m2 menurut MPDM dan perbandingan biaya menurut Permen PU 28/PRT/M/2016. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rata-rata waktu produktivitas keseluruhan pekerjaan pasangan dinding menggunakan bata merah adalah 2,5028 m3/jam, dan rata-rata produktivitas keseluruhan tukang bata ringan adaah 3,2502 m2/jam dengan nilai presentase perbandingan sebesar 77,01%. Sedangkan untuk nilai rata-rata produktivitas ideal bata merah sebesar 3,9266 m2/jam dan untuk bata ringan sebesar 5,9917 m2/jam dengan nilai presentase perbandingan sebesar 65,53%. Hasil perbandingan biaya pasangan dinding menggunakan bata merah dan bata ringan per m2 menurut Permen PU 28/PRT/M/2016, dengan perhitungan koefisien produktivitas keseluruhan MPDM tukang bata merah sebesar Rp.107.335/m2 dan pasangan bata ringan sebesar Rp.138.047/m2 dengan selisih hasil Rp 30.712. Sedangkan perbandingannya biaya pekerjaan bata merah dan bata ringan berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien produktivitas ideal pasangan bata merah sebesar Rp.103.935/m2 dan pasangan bata ringan sebesar Rp.134.892/m2 dengan selisih hasil Rp.18.959. In wall pair work, especially, labor productivity must be maximized to minimize budget and project completion time. This research was conducted on Prawirotaman Market building rehabilitation project by means of field observations using a video camera and interviews about several things related to wall pair work. Taking data from 3 red bricklayers and 3 light brick masons, each unit had 3 work cycles with a work cycle of 1 m2. The aim was to find out the ratio of the productivity of masonry using red bricks and light bricks per m2 according to MPDM and the cost comparison according to Permen PU 28 / PRT / M / 2016. Based on the results of the calculation of the average productivity time of the whole masonry work, when using red brick it was 2.5028 m3 / hour, and the overall productivity of light brick masons was 3,2502 m2 / hour with a percentage value of 77.01%. Meanwhile, the ideal average productivity value for red brick was 3.9266 m2 / hour and for light brick was 5.9917 m2 / hour with a percentage value of 65.53%. The results of the comparison of the cost of masonry using red bricks and light bricks per m2 according to Permen PU 28 / PRT / M / 2016, with the calculation of the overall productivity coefficient of MPDM red brick mason was of Rp. 107,335 / m2 and light masonry of Rp. 138,047 / m2 with the difference was IDR 30,712. While the comparison of the cost of red brick work and light brick work based on the calculation of the ideal productivity coefficient of red brick masonry was Rp.103,935 / m2 and light masonry was Rp.134,892 / m2 with the difference in the result of Rp.18,959.
