Abstract

ABSTRAK Jembatan adalah suatu konstruksi yang sangat penting karena berfungsi penghubung dua tempat yang terpisah akibat beberapa kondisi. Jembatan box girder memiliki nilai efisiensi struktural yang tinggi dan dapat meminimalkan kekuatan prestressing yang diperlukan untuk menahan momen lentur yang diberikan dibandingkan jembatan ekisting menggunakan jenis penampang I girder. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui dimensi penampang jembatan, kebutuhan kabel prategang, kebutuhan tulangan serta nilai lendutan yang terjadi di Jembatan Manggir dengan metode konstruksi yang digunakan sistem pascatarik. Perencanaan jembatan ini dimulai dengan dilakukan preliminary desaign untuk menentukan dimensi girder. Selanjutnya perhitungan analisis pembebanan yang terjadi diantaranyat; berat sendiri, berat mati tambahan, beban lalu lintas dengan mengikuti peraturan SNI 1725-2016. Kemudian melakukan kontrol tegangan yang terjadi pada serat atas dan bawah beton prategang serta memperhitungkan kehilangan gaya prategang. Dari hasil analisis tersebut dilakukan kontrol tegangan akhir yang terjadi pada struktur box girder, serta perhitungan penulangan box girder. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan dimensi penampang box girder dengan lebar 6 meter serta tinggi 1.7 meter. Terdapat sebanyak 10 buah tendon terdiri 240 strands dimana tiap tendon terdapat 24 untaian strands. Penulangan box girder menggunakan diameter 19 dan jarak sengkang 150 mm pada bagian atas, tengah serta bawah penampang. Lendutan yang terjadi pada jembatan akibat beban yang bekerja 0,0290 tidak melebihi lendutan ijin L/300 0,1055. Sedangkan nilai safety factor momen sebesar 1,14 dan pada geser sebesar 1,13 nilai tersebut menyatakan jembatan Mangir dinyatakan masih aman digunakan. Kata kunci: box girder, jembatan, kontrol tegangan. Abstract A bridge is a very important construction because it functions to connect two separate places due to several conditions. Box girder bridges have high structural efficiency values and can minimize the prestressing strength required to withstand a given bending moment compared to existing bridges using the I girder cross-section type. The purpose of this research was to determine the cross-sectional dimensions of the bridge, the need for prestressed cables, the need for reinforcement and the deflection value that occurs in the Manggir Bridge with the construction method used by the post-pull system. Planning for this bridge began with a preliminary village design to determine the dimensions of the girder and continued with the calculation of the loading analysis that occurred between them; own weight, additional dead weight, traffic load by following SNI 1725-2016 regulations. Calculation was then followed by controlling the stress that occurred in the upper and lower fibers of the prestressed concrete and considering the loss of prestressed forces. From the results of the analysis, the final stresses that occur in the box girder structure were carried out, as well as the calculation of box girder reinforcement. From the analysis, the cross-sectional dimensions of the box girder were 6 meters wide and 1.7 meters high. There were 10 tendons consisting of 240 strands where each tendon contained 24 strands. Box girder reinforcement useed a diameter of 19 and a spacing of 150 mm at the top, middle and bottom sections. Deflection that occurred on the bridge due to the working load of 0.0290 did not exceed the allowable deflection of L / 300 0.1055. Meanwhile, the moment safety factor value was 1.14 and the shear value was 1.13 this value states that the Mangir bridge was still safe to use. Keywords: box girder, bridge, tension control
