Abstract

ABSTRAK Proses pembangunan konstruksi membutuhkan tahapan perencanaan dan penjawalan adalah tahap yang paling menentukan berhasil atau tidaknya suatu proyek berjalan efektif dan efisiensi. Pada penelitian ini penulis meninjau lokasi di Kabupaten Bantul yaitu Proyek Peningkatan Jalan Wiyoro-Ngipik kecamatan Banguntapan Kabupaten Bantul Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari CV. WENNS TALENTA berupa laporan mingguan atau timeschedule, harga satuan upah, alat, bahan, gambar kerja dan rincian anggaran biaya. Dibantu dengan data primer berupa wawancara dengan pihak pelaksana. Perhitungan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu mengevaluasi dengan Konsep Nilai Hasil (Earned Value Concept) dan dilanjutkan melakukan perhitungan kebutuhan tenaga kerja disetiap pekerjaan selanjutnya hasil perhitungan jumlah tenaga kerja tersebut digunakan untuk menghitung durasi proyek. Perhitungan untuk mengetahui durasi minimum dan durasi maksimum pada proyek Peningkatan jalan tersebut dan dilakukan penjadwalan ulang dengan menggunakan bantuan software Microsoft Project untuk mengetahui pekerjaan yang mengalami jalur kritis pada setiap durasinya. Hasil penelitian pada Proyek Peningkatan Jalan Wiyoro-Ngipik Kecamatan Banguntapan Kabupaten Bantul Yogyakarta menunjukan bahwa waktu rencana pada proyek tersebut adalah 90 hari kalender. Tetapi setelah dilakukan evaluasi dengan menggunakan Konsep Nilai Hasil (Earned Value Concept) didapat durasi maksimum selama 74 hari kalender dan untuk durasi minimum didapat durasi 168 hari kalender. Pada saat penjadwalan ulang dengan software Microsoft Project didapat jumlah jalur kritis pada durasi 90 hari berjumlah 3 Pekerjaan jalur kritis, untuk durasi masksimum 74 hari didapat 11 Pekerjaan jalur kritis, sedangkan untuk durasi minimum 168 hari didapat 3 pkerjaan jalur kritis. Kata kunci : Konsep Nilai Hasil (Earned Value Concept), Durasi, Penjadwalan Ulang (Reschedule), Microsoft Project Precedence Diagram Method (PDM), Jalur kritis. Abstract The construction development process requires planning and escorting stages which are the stages that most determine the success or failure of a project to run effectively and efficiency. In this study, the authors reviewed locations in Bantul Regency, namely the Wiyoro-Ngipik Road Improvement Project, Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. This study used secondary data obtained from CV. WENNS TALENT in the form of weekly reports or time schedules, unit wage prices, tools, materials, work drawings and detailed budget costs, assisted by primary data in the form of interviews with the executor. The calculation used in this study was to evaluate the Earned Value Concept and continue to calculate the labor requirements for each job, then the results of the calculation of the number of workers were used to calculate the duration of the project. Calculations to determine the minimum and maximum duration of the road improvement project and rescheduling was done using the help of Microsoft Project software to find out which jobs were experiencing a critical path at each duration. The results of research on the Wiyoro-Ngipik Road Improvement Project, Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta showed that the planned time for the project was 90 calendar days. However, after evaluating using the Earned Value Concept, the maximum duration was 74 calendar days, and the minimum duration was 168 calendar days. At the time of rescheduling with Microsoft Project software, the number of critical paths in the duration of 90 days was 3 critical path jobs, for a maximum duration of 74 days 11 critical path jobs were obtained, while for a minimum duration of 168 days, 3 critical path jobs were obtained.
