Abstract
ABSTRAK Semakin pesatnya perkembangan suatu wilayah maka akan diikuti pula dengan meningkatnya volume lalu lintas yang terjadi di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Salah satu tempat yang sering mengalami kemacetan yaitu Pasar Demangan Yogyakarta. Pasar Demangan merupakan salah satu pasar tradisional di Kota Yogyakarta dengan luas tanah 4.795,28 m2. Permasalahan yang terjadi di sekitar Pasar Demangan Yogyakarta seperti, kendaraan yang parkir di jalan yang mengakibatkan kemacetan, kurangnya kesadaran dari para pedagang yang berjualan di trotoar, serta kurangnya ketersediaan lahan parkir di pasar ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja simpang dan ruas Jalan di sekitar Pasar Demangan Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu mengacu pada Manual Kapasitas jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Hasil perhitungan analisa didapat dari pengolahan data survei di lapangan yang mana data tersebut telah dirubah ke satuan mobil penumpang (SMP) dan kemudian dianalisa sesuai dengan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukan kinerja simpang bersinyal Jl. Affandi - Jl. Munggur – Jl. Laksada Adisucipto – Jl Urip Sumoharjo diperoleh nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0,893 untuk Jl. Affandi (Utara), 0,867 untuk Jl. Munggur (Selatan) dan 0,847 untuk Jl. Laksada Adisucipto (Timur) dengan tundaan simpang rata-rata (DI) 51,403 det/smp maka tingkat pelayanan (LoS) E sedangkan pada simpang bersinyal Jl. Affandi - Jl. Colombo nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0,784 untuk Jl. Affandi (Utara), 0,373 untuk Jl. Affandi (Selatan) dan 1,007 untuk Jl. Colombo (Barat) dengan tundaan simpang rata-rata (DI) 60,570 det/smp maka tingkat pelayanan (LoS) F berdasarkan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 sudah tidak memenuhi standar kelayakan. Kinerja ruas jalan yang ditinjau untuk semua ruas jalan yang berada di area Pasar Demangan Yogyakarta masih memenuhi standar kelayakan yang ditetapkan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. One of the places that often experiences traffic jams is Demangan Market, Yogyakarta. Demangan Market is one of the traditional markets in Yogyakarta City with a land area of 4,795.28 m2. Problems that occur around the Demangan Market in Yogyakarta include vehicles parked on the street which cause congestion, the lack of awareness of traders selling on the sidewalks, and the lack of available parking space in this market. This study aimed to measure the performance of intersections and roads around Demangan Market, Yogyakarta. The method used in this research was referring to the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. The results of the analysis calculations were obtained from processing survey data in the field where the data have been converted into passenger car units (SMP) and then analyzed according to the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual. (MKJI) 1997. The results of the analysis of this study indicated the performance of the intersection with Jl. Affandi - Jl. Munggur - Jl. Laksada Adisucipto - Jl Urip Sumoharjo and obtained the degree of saturation (DS) value of 0.893 for Jl. Affandi (North), 0.867 for Jl. Munggur (South) and 0.847 for Jl. Laksada Adisucipto (East) with an average delay (DI) 51.403 sec / smp, the service level (LoS) E while at the intersection with a signal Jl. Affandi - Jl. Colombo had a degree of saturation (DS) of 0.784 for Jl. Affandi (North), 0.373 for Jl. Affandi (South) and 1,007 for Jl. Colombo (West) with an average delay (DI) of 60.570 sec / smp, the service level (LoS) F based on the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) did not meet the feasibility standard. The performance of the road sections reviewed for all roads in Demangan Market area of Yogyakarta still met the feasibility standards set by the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI).
