Abstract

The employee's salary or wage is reciprocity that the employee gets from the company. Salary provides another meaning such as the value of the employee's effort in helping to develop the company, so that employees will feel rewarded by being given a salary according to the effort they do. The system helps companies to recommend a percentage increase in salary that is commensurate with the effort the employees put in. The determinants of a salary increase are Discipline, Length of Work, Performance and Quality which results in a value in the form of a decision, then it is processed again to get a recommendation value to determine the percentage of the salary increase. The assessment process uses the Tsukamoto FIS (Fuzzy Inference System) method with the limits of discipline [60-90], length of work [1-6], performance [20-80], quality [60-90], decision [60-90] . The result of the decision value serves as the input value in the Recommendation Set process with limits [60-90]. The results of the recommendations show the value for each membership function (Bad, Enough, Good), the greatest result on the membership function will be a recommendation for the percentage of employee salary increases.
