Abstract
This study investigates the influence of factors to the behauioral intention of information technology. The factors used in this study are perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment and perceived informativeness. The result shows that the factor influencing the investor behavioral intentian directly is the perceived usefulness of information technology. The perceived usefulness itself is influenced by perceived informativeness and perceived enjoyment. The perceived ease of use doesn't influence the investor behavioral intention either directly or indirectly through the perceived usefulness of information technology
