Abstract
ABSTRAK Proyek konstruksi berkembang sejalan dengan perkembangan kehidupan manusia dan kemajuan teknologi. Bidang-bidang kehidupan manusia yang semakin beragam menuntut industri jasa konstruksi membangun proyek-proyek konstruksi sesuai dengan keragaman bidang tersebut. Proyek konstruksi dapat diartikan sebagai kegiatan yang berlangsung sementara yang bertujuan untuk membangun sarana dan prasarana dengan waktu dan biaya yang telah disesuaikan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini akan pengendalian waktu dan biaya proyek secara terpadu. Salah satu metode pengendalian waktu dan biaya proyek secara terpadu yaitu dengan Konsep Nilai Hasil (Earned Value Concept). Penelitian ini akan pengendalian waktu dan biaya proyek secara terpadu. Salah satu metode pengendalian waktu dan biaya proyek secara terpadu yaitu dengan Konsep Nilai Hasil (Earned Value Concept). Metode Earned Value memadukan unsur jadwal, biaya dan prestasi kerja sehingga dapat memberikan informasi mengenai posisi kemajuan proyek dalam jangka waktu tertentu serta dapat memperkirakan progress proyek pada periode selanjutnya dalam hal biaya dan waktu penyelesaian proyek dan mengkaji bagaimana penjadwalan proyek dapat dibuat pada pembangunan gedung DPRD Kabupaten Klaten.Hasil evaluasi dari penelitian ini didapatkan secara umum menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan proyek berjalan baik, proyek mengalami keterlambatan pada minngu ke 11 sampai minggu ke 19 dengan nilai SV adalah negatif. Sedangkan untuk indeks kinerja jadwal (SPI) kurang dari satu berarti kinerja pekerjaan tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan karena tidak dapat memenuhi target yang sudah direncanakan. Pada minggu ke-11 hingga minggu ke-19 nilai SPI yaitu 0,93;0,90;0,84;0,79;0,88;0,88;0,87 dari hasil nilai tersebut berarti proyek tersebut dianggap mengalami keterlambatan pekerjaan. Perkiraan waktu penyelesaian proyek didapatkan hasil pada minggu ke-20 adalah 135 hari, yang artinya proyek berjalan sesuai dengan waktu rencana awal yaitu 135 hari. A construction project can be defined as a temporary activity that aims to build facilities and infrastructure with adjusted time and costs to achieve predetermined goals. This research will control the project time and costs in an integrated manner. One method of controlling project time and costs in an integrated manner is the Earned Value Concept. The Earned Value method combines elements of schedule, costs and work performance so that it can provide information about the position of project progress within a certain period of time and can estimate project progress in the next period in terms of costs and project completion time and assess how project scheduling can be made in the construction of the Regency DPRD building. Klaten. The results of the evaluation of this study generally showed that the implementation of the project was going well, the project was delayed in week 11 to week 19 with a negative SV value. Whereas for the schedule performance index (SPI) less than one means that the work performance is not as expected because it cannot meet the targets that have been planned. At week 11 to week 19, the SPI values are 0.93; 0.90; 0.84; 0.79; 0.88; 0.88; 0.87 from the results of this value means that the project is considered to be delayed profession. The estimated time for project completion is 135 days, which means that the project is running according to the initial plan time of 135 days.
