Abstract
Almost all types of disasters have occurred in Indonesia, including natural disasters, non-natural disasters, and social disasters. Regency level disaster management already has a system that serves when a disaster occurs, but this has not been implemented at the District level. The District from the Tantrib division that serves disasters or disaster reports has not run optimally. For example, a natural disaster occurs in an emergency, residents can directly contact the BPBD, and here it often happens, but in the handling of disaster reports related to the damage. Bagelen District Office having its address at Jl. Yogya km 12, Bagelen District, Purworejo Regency. The population of Bagelen District is 12,340 inhabitants. Disaster management in agencies is very important in supporting administrative activities and assistance for damage to natural disasters for the survival of an agency. Disaster reports serve as a source of information for planning, policy making and emergency action for decision making. Disaster reports as a medium for documentation and administrative reports related to natural disaster damage, the report is official evidence that can be accounted for in government activities. Therefore, it is an obligation for every employee who works for the Tantrib division in an agency to carry out their duties properly, so that disaster reporting services are well realized. The method used to build this system is the method of data collection carried out by interviews, research at the Bagelen District office, observation. The results of this study design and build a disaster data management system that occurs in the Bagelen area, which is expected to facilitate employees in managing disaster data reports.
