Abstract
Apotek Janitra Farma is a shop engaged in the pharmaceutical sector providing medicines and medical devices, and is often a supplier of drugs to practicing doctors. However, in the process of supplying medicines, there are still obstacles, such as recording medicine supplies and managing transaction data, still using a ledger. In addition, employees often make mistakes in recording and checking as well as drug inventory, which often results in errors in ordering drugs. The focus of this research is to create a web-based drug supply information system. The interview method is that the writer conducts direct dialogue with the resource person to obtain data and literary methods where the author searches data from various books as a guideline and theoretical basis. At the analysis stage, several stages of analysis are carried out, including analysis of the ongoing system to find out how the previous system was, document analysis to find out related data, and analysis of human resources to determine system users. In designing the system using Entity Relational Database (ERD) and Data Flow Diagram (DFD) depiction. Whereas at the implementation stage of the library information system using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Pharmacists can manage medicine supplies, log, order medicines from suppliers and generate reports through a web-based inventory system. The result of the research that has been done is that an analysis and design of a drug inventory system can be arranged to help improve the performance of pharmacies both in the process of data management, reporting, and visitor services such as drug information and drug stock.
