Abstract
This writing is motivated by the fact that there are still many uncertified land rights in Sleman Regency. Therefore, the government launched a land service program known as LARASITA (Layanan Rakyat untuk Sertifikat Tanah / People's Service for Land Certificates). The purpose of this final project report is to evaluate the implementation of the first land registration procedure through the Larasita service at the Sleman Regency National Land Agency. Whether the first land registration procedure through the Larasita service is experiencing problems or is it in accordance with the ATR / BPN procedure.
