Abstract
This final project aims to determine the completeness of the claim administration file and to find out the verification procedure for submitting claims for first-level health facilities by BPJS Kesehatan Sleman Branch Offices and hopefully there will be no more delays in claim payments by BPJS Kesehatan. Administrative documents and verification procedures have been stipulated by the existing regulations in BPJS Kesehatan. Meanwhile, the submission of claims is made no later than the 10th of the following month, while the maximum claim payment is within 15 days. In order to avoid delays in claim payments, the applicant (Health Facility) is expected to read and understand the applicable provisions so that the files collected are complete.
