Abstract
Suka Maju Village, Seruyan Tengah District, Seruyan District, Central Kalimantan Province has a lot of public information about village activities, assistance or just providing information to the surrounding community. In addition to handling letters, the community also needs information about the village and important announcements that the community must obtain up to date. The process in providing the documents needed by the community is carried out through a long process. The community must arrange a cover letter from the RT / RW and then forward it to the Village office. This can make the process of obtaining these documents difficult for the community. Village information and important announcements related to village programs are only through mading and information through the head of the local RT / RW. Therefore, through designing and making a Website-Based Village Administration Information System, it is hoped that it can improve services to the community in making letters and receiving the required public information. The software used in building this application is PHP (Pear Hypertext Prepocessor) as a programming language, MySQL as a database server, and Sublime Text 3 as a support.
