Abstract
ABSTRACT Hotel Al Ashri Inn by Urban is a two-star hotel located in Mantrijeron Yogyakarta. This hotel has three types of room types, namely standard room, superior room and bunkbed room. Each room type has different facilities at affordable prices. The online reservation process applied by hotels now uses the services of OTA (Online Travel Agent), where every reservation process for the price of paying for rooms will be reduced by commission fees so that the revenue earned by the hotel is reduced. To overcome this, the hotel wants a personal hotel reservation website that can be used as a means of booking rooms and online payments and as a hotel promotion medium for the public or potential hotel guests. The hotel reservation system design method uses the Waterfall Method, where there are four stages, namely, Needs Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing. The result of this research is an online hotel reservation system that uses the Midtrans payment gateway feature as an electronic payment medium and as a system for verifying online payments.
