Abstract
ABSTRACT Mitra Husada Inpatient Primary Clinic is a health unit that provides medical services to the public. Currently, data processing at Mitra Husada Primary Inpatient Clinic is still done conventionally using paper media including writing and storing data in the clinic. With this system, the admin has difficulty searching for patient medical record files and on several transactions there is a mismatch between the money in the cashier and the transaction records. The purpose of this research is to overcome these problems, namely by designing a web-based clinical data processing system so that it is better integrated and organized by utilizing information technology which is currently developing rapidly. The design of this system is made using PHP language, and MYSQL database. The methodology in this research is to collect data related to the problems to be studied. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded several things, namely: This software can be used to handle the process of filling in data, changing data deletions and searching patient data, this system can also provide printed reports of medical records, patients, drugs and transactions.
