Abstract
ABSTRAK Dalam dunia konstruksi ada dua metode pekerjaan beton yang dipakai yaitu metode konvensional dan precast. Metode precast merupakan salah satu metode konstruksi dengan menggunakan seluruh atau sebagian besar bangunan beton dibuat di tempat lain yang khusus dirancang untuk produksi elemen struktur pracetak (pre-fabricated). Sedangkan metode konvensional semua pengerjaanya dilakukan di lokasi proyek mulai dari pemasangan tulangan, bekisting hingga pengecoran. Pada proyek Pembangunan Gedung Laboratorium Vokasi Kampus Wates Tahap I menggunakan metode konvensional sehingga semua pekerjaan kolom beton dilakukan dilokasi proyek. Dengan demikian diperlukan adanya suatu analisis untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi dan efektifitas antara metode konvensional dengan metode pracetak (precast) bila ditinjau dari segi biaya yang dibutuhkan pada pekerjaan kolom. Dari uraian diatas maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan biaya pekerjaan beton kolom antara metode konvensional dan precast. Dari hasil perhitungan dan analisis yang telah dilakukan maka didapatkan total biaya untuk pekerjaan kolom konvensional sebesar Rp. 592.476.024 yang didapatkan dari biaya pekerjaan lantai 1 sebesar Rp. 296.238.012 dan lantai 2 sebesar Rp. 296.238.012, sedangkan biaya pekerjaan kolom precast sebesar Rp. 687.499.875 yang didapat dari biaya pekrjaan lantai 1 sebesar Rp. 312.499.943 dan lantai 2 sebesar Rp. 312.499.943. Sehingga didapatkan selisih biaya pekerjaan dari metode konvensional dan precast adalah Rp. 95.023.851 atau metode precast lebih mahal 16,04 % dari metode konvensional. The precast method is a construction method that uses all or most of the concrete buildings made in other places specifically designed for the production of precast structural elements (pre-fabricated). While the conventional method, all the work is carried out at the project site, starting from reinforcing, formwork to casting. The Phase I Wates Campus Vocational Laboratory Building Construction Project uses conventional methods so that all concrete column work is carried out at the project location. Thus an analysis is needed to determine the level of efficiency and effectiveness between the conventional method and the precast method when viewed in terms of the costs required for column work. From the description above, the purpose of this study is to determine the comparison of the cost of column concrete work between conventional and precast methods. From the calculation and analysis that has been done, the total cost for conventional column work is Rp. 592,476,024 obtained from the first floor work costs of Rp. 296,238,012 and the second floor of Rp. 296,238,012, while the cost of the precast column work was Rp. 687,499,875 obtained from the first floor labor costs of Rp. 312,499,943 and the second floor of Rp. 312,499,943. So that the difference between the cost of work from the conventional and precast methods is Rp. 95,023,851 or the precast method is 16.04% more expensive than the conventional method.
