Abstract
ABSTRAK Di Kabupaten Kediri terdapat beberapa cabang olahraga unggulan, seperti Tenis meja, dan Floorball yang termasuk jenis olahraga baru di Kabupaten Kediri. Pada ajang tahunan yang diadakan oleh pemerintah provinsi Jawa Timur yaitu Porprov Jatim, Kabupaten Kediri mengalami peningkatan prestasi dari tahun ketahun, di Kabupaten Kediri sendiri belum terdapat sarana olahraga yang memedai, seperti Gedung Olahraga yang merupakan sarana penting, sebagai penunjang dan meningkatkan kualitas olahraga di Kabupaten Kediri. Pada RPJMD Kabupaten Kediri tahun 2016 menyatakan pembangunan megaproyek, yang didalamnya juga terdapat pembangunan Gedung Olahraga (GOR). Dalam RPJMD tersebut juga disebutkan lokasi pembangunan GOR berada pada kawasan Monumen Simpang Lima Gumul (SLG). Dalam hal ini diperlukannya studi lapangan serta data untuk memenuhi beberapa kebutuhan yang ada pada GOR di Kabupaten Kediri, demi mewadahi berbagai kebutuhan atau kegiatan olahraga, maka diperlukan ruang yang bebas dan fleksibel. Dengan menerapkan konsep Flexibility Space, semua kebutuhan dapat diakomodasi dan ditampung dalam sebuah ruang yang sama. Dalam konsep Flexibility Space terdapat tiga jenis pencapaian, yaitu Ekspansibilitas, Konvertibilitas, dan Versabilitas. GOR di Kabupaten Kediri akan menerapkan ketiga dasar pencapaian Flexibility Space. Sebagai contoh, dalam arena utama terdapat ruang komunal, dimana area tribun dapat di Ekspansi ataupun di Konvert sesuai kebutuhan, serta pada arena menggunakan pencapaian secara Versabilitas. Selain penggunaan konsep pencapaian Flexibility Space pada area tribun juga menerapkan Operational Element pada tribun jenis Retractable Bench. Kata Kunci : Flexibility Space, GOR, Kediri, Tribun ABSTRACT There are several leading sports in Kediri Regency such as table tennis, and floorball which is among the new sports in town. In the annual event held by the Provincial Government of East Java, namely the PORPROV JATIM (the Provincial Sports Week of East Java), Kediri Regency has increased its achievements from year to year. In Kediri Regency itself, there is no adequate sports facility, such as a Sports Center which is an important facility to support and improve the sports quality in Kediri Regency. The 2016 RPJMD (the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan) of Kediri Regency stated that the megaproject development included the construction of a Sports Center (sports hall). The RPJMD also stated that the location of the sports hall construction was in the Simpang Lima Gumul (SLG) Monument area. A field study along with the data are required to meet some of the needs that exist in the sports hall in Kediri Regency. A free and flexible space is needed in order to accommodate various needs or sports activities. By applying the concept of Flexibility Space, all needs can be accommodated in the same space. In the concept of Flexibility Space, there are three types of achievements: Expansion, Convertibility, and Versability. The sports hall in Kediri Regency will apply these three bases of the Flexibility Space. For instance, there is a communal space in the main arena in which the tribune area can be expanded or converted as needed, and the arena uses the Versatility Achievement. In addition of using the concept of Flexibility Space, the tribune area also applies the Operational Element to the Retractable Bench type tribune.
