Abstract
ABSTRAK Kota Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur merupakan salah satu ibu kota Provinsi Kalimantan Timur yang memiliki jumlah penduduk di 2019 sebanyak 3,6 juta jiwa, perkembangan masyarakat berbanding lurus dengan usaha bisnis yang masyarakat Kota Samarinda yang makin hari kian bervariatif. Kurangnya fasilitas yang dimiliki dalam mengembangkan sektor ekonomi kreatif yang membuat penulis memiliki ide dalam merancang bangunan Wadah Kreatif di Kota Samarinda. Perancangan Wadah Kreatif dengan Konsep Dynamic Architecture di Kota Samarinda bertujuan menciptakan fasilitas pengembangan ekonomi kreatif yang mencakup pelatihan, penjualan dan sebagai wadah pelaku kreatif mengembangkan jenis bisnis mereka, serta membuat bangunan sebagai bangunan baru di Kota Samarinda dengan pendekatan Dynamic Achitecture yang di harapkan mencerminkan sebuah bangunan kreatif yang dapat menarik masyarakat untuk datang dan berkunjung ke dalam bangunan dan belajar tentang ekonomi kreatif yang ada di Wadah Kreatif di Kota Samarinda. Dengan metode penelitian dengan cara menganalisis site dari segi kontur, iklim serta sirkulasi pada mendapatkan hasil bangunan yang menjawab permasalahan dari analisis yang telah dilakukan, serta penambahan pendekatan sebagai salah satu strategi untuk menjawab permasalahan yang ada pada bangunan. Kesimpulan dari perancangan ini adalah menyediakan fasilitas untuk masyarakat Kota Samarinda untuk belajar dan juga membuat produk kreatif, serta mengembangkan jenis bisnis kreatif dalam sektor ekonomi kreatif untuk meningkatkan nilai industri kreatif yang ada di Kota Samarinda Kata kunci: Creative Hub, Wadah Kreatif, Dynamic Architecture, Kota Samarinda ABSTRACT Samarinda City, East Kalimantan is one of the capitals of East Kalimantan Province which has a population of 3.6 million in 2019. The development of society is directly proportional to the business ventures of the people of Samarinda City which are increasingly varied. The lack of facilities that are owned in developing the creative economy sector makes the author have ideas in designing Creative Container buildings in Samarinda City. Designing a Creative Container with the Concept of Dynamic Architecture in Samarinda City aims to create creative economy development facilities that include training, sales and as a forum for creative actors to develop their type of business, as well as making buildings as new buildings in Samarinda City with a Dynamic Architecture approach which is expected to reflect a building creative that can attract people to come and visit the building and learn about the creative economy that is in the Creative Forum in Samarinda City. With the research method by analyzing the site in terms of contours, climate and circulation to get the building results that answer the problems from the analysis that has been done, as well as adding an approach as a strategy to answer the problems that exist in the building. The conclusion of this design is to provide facilities for the people of Samarinda City to learn and also make creative products, as well as develop types of creative businesses in the creative economy sector to increase the value of the creative industry in Samarinda City.
