Abstract
ABSTRAK Ruang Kerja Bersama (Coworking Space) secara umum merupakan sebuah bangunan multifungsi yang di dalamnya difasilitasi ruang untuk kegiatan perkantoran seperti ruang kerja privat, ruang kerja komunal, ruang pertemuan atau rapat, serta ruang pendukung lainnya yang digunakan bersama-sama. Di Pontianak terdapat banyak sekali pelajar dan mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh pendidikan. Banyaknya pelajar dan mahasiswa tersebut memunculkan kreativitas dalam bentuk peluang bisnis baru sehingga coworking space dapat menjadi wadah bagi pelaku kreatif tersebut. Coworking space sebagai salah satu wadah alternatif bagi pelaku ekonomi kreatif menjadi penting keberadaannya sebagai pendukung berkembangnya ekonomi usaha bidang ekonomi kreatif di Pontianak. Tujuan Perancangan Multi Coworking Space ini adalah untuk menginspirasi pemikiran kreatif masyarakat dan untuk mendorong ekonomi kreatif dengan menyedikan berbagai sumber daya dan layanan. Ruang Kreatif bukan “Kreatif” karena tampilannya tetapi merupakan tempat yang menginspirasi. Ini adalah tentang menciptakan ruang dimana orang dapat terhubung, berdiskusi, dan bekerja sama. Ini adalah tempat dimana orang dapat saling melihat kegiatan yang mereka lakukan untuk menginspirasi satu sama lain. Perancangan Multi Coworking Space dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Perilaku merupakan ruang kreatif untuk komunitas atau profesional berkumpul dan berkolaborasi, yang di dalamnya terdapat ruang kerja indoor, semi-outdoor, maupun outdoor. Ide utama dibentuknya Coworking Space ini dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Perilaku yang menekankan hubungan antara ruang dan manusia yang menggunakannya adalah karena perilaku manusia dapat dipengaruhi oleh bentuk ruang, dan bentuk ruang dapat terbentuk oleh perilaku manusia. Kata Kunci : Multi Coworking Space, Arsitektur Perilaku, Ruang Kreatif, Kota Pontianak ABSTRACT A co-working space in general is a multifunctional building in which space is facilitated for office activities such as private workspaces, communal work spaces, meeting rooms or meetings, as well as other supporting rooms that are shared. In Pontianak there are a lot of students and college students who are currently studying. The large number of students and college students creates creativity in the form of new business opportunities so that co-working spaces can become a place for these creative actors. Co-working space as an alternative forum for creative economy actors is important for its existence as a supporter of the development of the creative economy business economy in Pontianak. The purpose of this Multi Co-working Space Design is to inspire people's creative thinking and to encourage the creative economy by providing a variety of resources and services. Creative Spaces are not “Creative” because of their appearance but are inspiring places. It is about creating spaces where people can connect, discuss and work together. A place where people can see each other's activities that they are doing to inspire one another. Designing a Multi Co-working Space with a Behavioral Architecture Approach is a creative space for communities or professionals to gather and collaborate. Inside there are indoor, semi-outdoor, and outdoor work spaces. The main idea for the creation of this Co-working Space with a Behavioral Architecture approach that emphasizes the relationship between space and the humans who use it is because human behavior can be influenced by the shape of space, and the shape of space can be formed by human behavior.
