Abstract
ABSTRACT The industrial world today uses a lot of control systems with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). PLC is an electronic device that is used to control industrial processes to make it more efficient and produce higher quality products. The PLC used in this study is the Outseal PLC Shield which is programmed using the Outseal Studio application. PLC is used as the main control system. The system will run when the push button (PB) start is pressed, then the packaging is carried through the box filling sensor and the bottle calculation sensor on conveyor 2, and the box closing sensor, then the box will be closed and the closing process runs with a predetermined time, then the box is brought to the position of the pressing sensor and the end of the conveyor. The system will stop when PB stop is pressed. In testing the system, it was found that the reading of the packaging filling was accurate. The box stops at the ideal filling position, and the box closure readings are accurate, the box stops at the pressing position, and the box filling is in accordance with the system made.
