Abstract

This final paper studies and analyzes the efforts to achieve a dream which is done by the main character of Zootopia film, Judy Hopps. This is a research which uses an objective approach in which the main source of data is Zootopia film. Beside that, to support the study, the writer finds some datas from books and articles from the Internet which are related with this research. The aims of this research are, first, to know kind of dream the main character has and the second is to know the problems and obstacles the main character faces, the efforts to achieve her dream, and how the main character reaches her dream. The results shows that Judy Hopps as the main character does some efforts to achieve the impossible dream. The main character is created as a tough girl who never gives up in reaching dream. Those attitudes bring her to some extraordinary achievements. This research finds that Judy Hopps as the main character does a lot of efforts to achieve a dream which seems impossible to reach. The main character is presented as a tough woman who never gives up in realizing her dream. Many obstacles in the forms of underestimating attitude, discrimination, bully, disapproval from parents, the boss’ distrust, and so on, can be handled well by Judy Hopps.
