Abstract
The rental system is a very important thing in companies engaged in transportation services. It takes a computerized system that can make the rental system more effective, efficient and balanced with adequate human resources. Mata Trans Jogjakarta does not yet have a system that can cover its rental activities as a whole. Because in the process of recording and processing tourism bus rental data it is still done semi-computerized using Ms. Excel and notes in a book are the media used and of course there is still a high possibility of human error, so it is necessary to design an effective and efficient tourism bus rental information system. The method used in making this final project is to use the Waterfall method which consists of several stages of Analysis, Design, Coding, and Testing, as well as the programming language used for the PHP programming language for the database used in this design using My Sql, and the method The design used is a running business process, developed business processes, Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, and Interfaces. The final result of this research is to create a system that can help PO managers. Mata Trans Jogjakarta to make it easier to make rental transactions and publish information and also help disseminate information effectively and efficiently.
