Abstract
This report aims to assess the financial performance of PT ABC through the Accounting Services Office of Eko Darmawan using the ratios of liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity for the period 2017 to 2019. The data source used is the financial statements of PT ABC obtained through KJA Eko Darmawan. The results of this analysis indicate that the liquidity ratio in terms of the current ratio and quick ratio shows liquid results, because the company does not have short-term debt. Furthermore, the solvency ratio in terms of debt to assets ratio and debt to equity ratio is more than 100% which means the company's financial performance is not solvable. Based on the profitability ratio seen from the gross profit margin of more than 20% which means the company's financial performance is efficient. However, when viewed from the net profit margin and return on assets, it is still less than 5%, which means that the company's financial performance is said to be inefficient. Then, for activity ratio analysis in terms of Inventory Turn Over (ITO) and Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), the company's financial performance is said to be inefficient, because the ITO value is less than 5x and TATO is less than 2x.
