Abstract
This Final Project discusses the procedure for disbursing the budget at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Kulon Progo. The budget disbursement process is carried out by the Treasurer to the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN) based on the Payment Request Letter (SPP). The purpose of this paper is to find out how the procedure for disbursing the budget at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency of Kulon Progo. The problem studied in this study is how the procedures and parties involved in the budget disbursement process are. The implementation of the payment system through Money Supply (UP) and Direct Payment (LS). The procedure is carried out by making a detailed list of payment requests. In this procedure, what needs to be improved is when checking the completeness of the budget submission data and good communication. The results obtained include: exposure of related parties, related documents, how the procedure for disbursing the budget at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).
