Abstract
This report aims to determine the cash disbursement procedure for official travel and to determine the effectiveness of the procedure for official travel at the Land and Spatial Planning Office of Kulon Progo Regency, whether it is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No. 113/PMK.05/2012. Official travel is one of the activities that are routinely carried out by employees for the benefit of the company or agency on the orders of the authorized official. The procedure for disbursing cash for official travel at the Land and Spatial Planning Office of Kulon Progo Regency begins with an order from the Head of Service or receipt of an invitation letter which then the Head of Service assigns a letter to the Head of the Division concerned, then the preparation of cash disbursement documents for official travel is carried out by the Financial Manager Assistant. The field and collection of official travel evidence is carried out by the official travel agent. The data in this study were obtained by interviewing the employees of the Land and Spatial Planning Office of Kulon Progo Regency. Based on the evaluation at the Land and Spatial Planning Office of Kulon Progo Regency that the cash disbursement procedure for official travel has been running effectively.
