Abstract
This report aims to find out the procedure for procuring office stationery with the direct procurement method, the parties involved, the documents used, and the flowchart in the procedure for procuring office stationery at the Investment and Licensing Service Office of Sleman Regency. The procedure for the procurement of office stationery (ATK) at DPMPPT Sleman with the direct procurement method is a sequence of procurement of office stationery starting from accommodating and identifying ATK needs, purchasing through suppliers of goods, receiving goods, up to payment of total procurement to suppliers of goods. The procedure for procuring office stationery should be carried out regularly and in compliance with applicable regulations. However, in the implementation of the procurement of office stationery at DPMPPT Sleman, there are several things that must be considered again, such as the lack of certified employees for government procurement of goods/services. So that not all officers or employees know how the process of procuring office stationery is going and with the certification, it is hoped that employees can know the process of procuring good goods/services according to the applicable laws and regulations. This report also adds a flowchart/flow chart for the procurement of office stationery using the direct procurement method because the actual procedure does not yet have a flowchart.
