Abstract
This report describes the systems and procedures for preparing the budget at the Department of Culture (Kundha Kaculturen) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The purpose of this paper is to show the stages in the preparation of the budget that occurs in the Department of Culture (Kundha Kakulturn) Yogyakarta Special Region. The preparation of the expenditure budget starts from the preparation of the budget work plan, discussion of the budget work plan, refinement of the draft budget work plan, to the approval of the budget work plan. This report also describes the system used to prepare the budget.
