Abstract
Kecelakaan lalu lintas adalah suatu peristiwa di jalan yang tidak terduga dan tidak disengaja. Kecelakaan dapat melibatkan kendaraan dengan pengguna jalan yang mengakibatkan korban manusia atau harta benda. Faktor yang menyebabkan kecelakaan adalah faktor pemakai jalan (manusia), faktor kendaraan, faktor jalan dan lingkungan. Dalam peristiwa kecelakaan tidak ada unsur kesengajaan, sehingga apabila terdapat cukup bukti ada unsur kesengajaan maka peristiwa tersebut tidak dapat dianggap sebagai kasus kecelakaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengurangi amgka kecelakaan di daerah rawan kecelakaan di lokasi Ruas jalan Magelang-Salatiga. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data dari Polres Magelang berupa data kecelakaan dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2020 dengan menggunakan metode analisis Z-score dan Cusum. ruas jalan Magelang-Salatiga dari perhitungan analisis Z-score dan Cusum didapat daerah rawan kecelakaan tertinggi yaitu di wilayah Kecamatan Tegalrejo KM 0-12. Dengan nilai Z-score 1,1807 termasuk kelas I sehingga dinyatakan rawan kecelakaan tinggi dan diperoleh nilai cusum tertinggi di Kec. Tegalrejo dengan hasil 36. Untuk wilayah Kecamatan Pakis didapat daerah rawan kecelakaan rendah, sedangkan wilayah Kecamatan Ngablak Tidak rawan kecelakaan. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah Sebaiknya dilakukan pengecekan dan perawatan maupun penambahan sarana dan fasilitas jalan secara berkala guna meningkatkan keselamatan dan keamanan pengguna jalan. Untuk penambalan aspal seharusnya dibuat rata dengan permukaan jalan, sehingga memberikan kenyamanan bagi pengguna jalan. Perlu dilakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat agar tingkat kesadaran masyarakat meningkat akan pentingnya keselamatan berlalu lintas. Kata Kunci: Black Spot, Black site, Kecelakaan A traffic accident is an event on the road that is unexpected and unintentional. Accidents can involve vehicles with road users resulting in human or property casualties. Factors that cause accidents are road user factors (human), vehicle factors, road and environmental factors. In the event of an accident there is no element of intent, so that if there is sufficient evidence that there is an element of intent, then the event cannot be considered as an accident case. This research was conducted to reduce the number of accidents in accident-prone areas at the location of the Magelang-Salatiga road section. This research was conducted by collecting data from the Magelang Police in the form of accident data from 2018 to 2020 using the Z-score and Cusum analysis methods. The Magelang-Salatiga road section from the calculation of the Z-score and Cusum analysis obtained the highest accident-prone area, namely in the Tegalrejo District KM 0-12 with a Z-score value of 1.1807 which belongs to class I so that it is declared high accident prone and the highest cusum value is obtained in district. Tegalrejo with 36 results. For the Pakis sub-district, the area is prone to low accidents, while the Ngablak sub-district is not accident-prone. Suggestions from this research is that it is better to check and maintain as well as add road facilities and facilities on a regular basis in order to improve the safety and security of road users. Asphalt patching should be made flush with the road surface, so as to provide comfort for road users. It is necessary to disseminate information to the community so that the level of public awareness increases the importance of traffic safety. Keywords: Black Spot, Black site, Accident
