Abstract
Beton merupakan salah satu material yang kuat dan banyak digunakan, namun disisi lain bobot beton yang cukup berat dan mempengaruhi kondisi struktur serta produksi material beton yang dinilai kurang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian dilaksanakan kurang lebih 5 minggu mulai dari persiapan bahan/material, peralatan, pembuatan dan perawatan benda uji, dan diakhiri dengan pengujian benda uji. Pembuatan benda uji dimulai pada tanggal 27-29 Juli 2021di Laboratorium Balai Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi. Pemerintah Daerah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. kemudian dilanjutkan dengan perawatan dengan metode curing selama 28 hari. Pengujian benda uji dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6 Juni 2021. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian beton pada umur 28 hari diketahui nilai kuat tekan beton normal dalam penelitian ini memiliki rata-rata kuat tekan sebesar 25,57 MPa. Sedangkan nilai kuat tekan beton dengan tepung tulang sebagai bahan subtitusi 10% dari semen dan batu apung sebagai bahan subtitusi (25%,30%,35%) dari agregat kasar mendapatkan hasil rata-rata 11,99 MPa, 11,22 MPa dan 10,83 Mpa. Pada pengujian berat benda uji normal didapatkan hasil rata-rata 12,15 sedangkan pada benda uji dengan (28%, 31%, 34%) subtitusi batu apung pada agregat kasar didapatkan hasil rata-rata 10,6 Kg, 10,43 Kg dan 10,08 Kg dengan masing-masing pengujian 3 benda uji. Berdasar hasil pengujian beton pada umur 28 hari dengan memperhitungkan penurunan kuat tekan dan penurunan berat benda uji. Beton dengan subtitusi 10% agregat halus dengan tepung tulang dan 25%, 30% dan 35% agregat kasar dengan batu apung memiliki penurunan berat yang signifikan. Kata kunci: beton, batu apung, tepung tulang, kuat tekan,berat. Concrete is a strong material and is widely used, but on the other hand, the weight of concrete is quite heavy and affects the condition of the structure and the production of concrete materials which are considered less environmentally friendly. The research was carried out for approximately 5 weeks starting from the preparation of materials/materials, equipment, manufacture and maintenance of the test object, and ended with testing the test object. The manufacture of test objects was carried out on 27-29 July 2021 at the Construction Services Development Center Laboratory. Yogyakarta Special Region Government. followed by treatment with the curing method for 28 days. Testing of the test objects was carried out on June 6, 2021. Based on the test results of concrete at the age of 28 days, it is known that the compressive strength of normal concrete in this study has an average compressive strength of 25.57 MPa. While the value of the compressive strength of concrete with bone meal as a substitute material 10% of cement and pumice as a substitute material (25%, 30%, 35%) of coarse aggregate get an average result of 11.99 MPa, 11.22 MPa and 10 ,83 MPa. In the normal weight test, the average result is 12.15, while for the specimens with (28%, 31%, 34%) substitution of pumice stone in the coarse aggregate, the average results are 10.6 Kg, 10.43 Kg and 10.08 Kg with each test 3 test objects. Based on the test results of concrete at the age of 28 days by taking into account the decrease in compressive strength and decrease in the weight of the test object. Concrete with the substitution of 10% fine aggregate with bone meal and 25%, 30% and 35% coarse aggregate with pumice had a significant weight loss.
