Abstract

Nilai simpangan ijin sebesar 71,154 m dan simpangan statis aray X maupun arah Y nilainya lebih kecil dibandingkan simpangan pada dinamis respon spektrum arah X maupun Y. Kata kunci: Analisa, Etabs, Gedung, Gempa, Struktur Baja, Simpangan The city of Yogyakarta is an earthquake-prone area. Steel construction is a solution that can be used for buildings in earthquake-prone areas, because it has high strength so that it can reduce the size of the structure and the weight of the structure. However, in modern times, multi-storey buildings with various functions are still dominantly using concrete in their construction (Agus Setiawan, 2008). In this study, a redesign of the Serela Sentul Hotel Yogyakarta building was carried out from a reinforced concrete structure to a steel frame structure. This research uses the literature study method in reviewing data with references to the Earthquake Resistance Planning Procedure for Building and Non-Building Structures (SNI 1726-2019), Specifications for Structural Steel Buildings (SNI 1729-2019) and research related to steel structure buildings. Calculation analysis using Microsoft Excel program for processing data analysis and ETABS18 program to obtain the output data structure. The results of the study obtained that the results of the IWF profile interaction control column were 400.400.30.50 of 0.41, the value was 1 safe for interaction control, and fulfilled the requirements. The beam moment ratio and the shear ratio of the profile IWF 400.400.20.35 are 0.85, this value is 1 safe for the moment ratio. The value of the shear ratio is 0.041, the value < 1 meets the requirements. The allowable deviation value is 71,154 m and the static deviation in the X and Y directions is smaller than the deviation in the dynamic response spectrum in the X and Y directions.
