Abstract
ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS MENGGUNAKAN METODE PARSIAL POSPAC HABBERSTAD Studi Kasus : CV HARICO Christofan Hansang 1, Ferida Yuamita2 1,Program Studi Teknik Industri, Fakultas Sains & Teknologi Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta ABSTRAK CV Harico merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang briket arang yang melayani ekspor ke beberapa negara di dunia, Persaingan bisnis yang ketat di bidang penjualan briket arang semakin banyak, untuk menangani persaingan tersebut salah satu upaya yaitu dengan merebut pangsa pasar, untuk merebut pangsa pasar salah satu upaya yang harus dilakukan perusahaan adalah melakukan pengukuran produktivitas secara parsial guna mengetahui nilai pencapaian sumberdaya yang dikelola, Permasalahan pada CV Harico dengan produktivitas terendah pada perusahaan ini terdapat pada produktivitas tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar perusahaan bisa mengetahui untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pada perusahaan. Model POSPAC adalah suatu model pengukuran produktivitas parsial. Model ini adalah model Pengukuran produktivitas Skandinavia, yang sering disebut model pengukuran Habberstad. Model POSPAC merupakan gabungan dari beberapa ukuran produktivitas parsial yang masing-masing menggambarkan produktivitas berbagai kegiatan di lingkungan sebuah perusahaan. Metode Parsial POSPAC (Habberstad) mengevaluasi sumber daya berdasarkan alokasi dana produktivitas, dengan elemen-elemen yang diukur yaitu produksi, penjualan, organisasi, tenaga kerja, produk, dan modal. Berdasarkan Hasil Pengolahan data pengukuran produktivitas parsial POSPAC dari bulan Mei 2020 hingga September 2020, dari indeks produktivitas parsial dicapai oleh produktivitas tenaga kerja pada bulan Agustus dengan nilai indeks produktivitas terendah sebesar 0,48%. Hal ini harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan agar tidak mengalami fluaktif yang akan berpengaruh terhadap kemajuan perusahaan. Kata kunci: Pengukuran Produktivitas, Produktivitas, Parsial POSPAC. PRODUCTIVITY ANALYSIS USING PARTIAL POSPAC HABBERSTAD METHOD Case Study : CV HARICO Christofan Hansang 1, Ferida Yuamita2 1, Industrial Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta ABSTRACT CV Harico is a company engaged in charcoal briquettes that serves exports to several countries in the world. There is more and more intense business competition in the field of selling charcoal briquettes. To deal with this competition, one of the efforts made is to seize market share. To seize market share, one of the efforts that must be made by the company is to measure productivity partially in order to determine the value of the achievement of managed resources. The problem with CV Harico with the lowest productivity in this company is in labor productivity. This study aims for companies to increase productivity in the company. The POSPAC model is a partial productivity measurement model. This model is the Scandinavian productivity measurement model which is often called the Habberstad measurement model. The POSPAC model is a combination of several partial productivity measures, each of which describes the productivity of various activities in a company's environment. The POSPAC Partial Method (Habberstad) evaluates resources based on the allocation of productivity funds, with the measured elements being production, sales, organization, labor, product, and capital. Based on the results of processing the POSPAC partial productivity measurement data from May 2020 to September 2020, the partial productivity index achieved by labor productivity in August with the lowest productivity index value of 0.48%. This must be considered by the company so that it does not experience fluctuations that will affect the progress of the company. Keywords: Measurement of Productivity, Productivity, Partial POSPAC.
