Abstract
PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENJUALAN BERBASIS E-COMMERCE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE WATERFALL PADA KWT RAHAYU JURUG Rudi Antoro, Y.Anton Nugroho Program Studi Teknik Industri, Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta rudi.antoro100@gmail.com, yohanesanton@uty.ac.id ABSTRAK KWT Rahayu Jurug saat ini mempunyai persaingan bisnis yang disebabkan oleh perkembangan dunia yang semakin modern, sehingga perlu dilakukannya peningkatan dalam hal pemasaran. Website dapat menyajikan informasi dalam berbagai bentuk yang mempunyai tujuan sebagai media informasi, dan publikasi yang dapat mempengaruhi persepsi pelanggan terhadap produk yang ditawarkan. Dalam Standard ISO 9126 telah mengusulkan beberapa karakteristik untuk melakukan pengujian terhadap kualitas sebuah perangkat lunak. Berdasarkan hal tersebut perlunya perbaikan pada dalam segi kualitas penjualan agar mencapai kepuasan bagi pelanggan secara optimal maka dibutuhkan metode Waterfall untuk mendesain layout website untuk sesuai keinginan dari pihak KWT dan ISO 9126 digunakan untuk menguji standarisasi kualitas dari website. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini adalah nilai Functionality bernilai 1 yang dapat dikatakan baik. Pada Efficiency dengan menggunakan Page Speed Inserts sebesar 75% dan GTMatrix sebesar 67%. Pada Realibility persentase keberhasilan sebesar 96%. Pada Usability hasil scala likert mimiliki ranks netral hingga setuju, pada Sistem Usability Scala (SUS) mendapatkan 71,5%, pada pengujian Validitas dan Reabilitas pada respon 10 responden terhadap 14 pertanyaan dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Pada Portability terdapat pengujian website dengan menggunakan web browser komputer dan android, pada pengujian tersebut telah diuji hasil tersebut bahwa Website dan aplikasi KWT memenuhi kriteria faktor kualitas portability. Dalam pengujian tersebut karakteristik yang diujikan sesuai dengan standarisasi ISO 1926 bahwa website yang dikembangkan dan telah di uji telah mempenuhi kelayakan untuk digunakan. Websites can present information in various forms which have the purpose of being a medium of information and publications that can influence customer perceptions of the products offered. The ISO 9126 standard has proposed several characteristics for testing the quality of a software. Based on this, it is necessary to improve in terms of sales quality in order to achieve optimal customer satisfaction. It takes the Waterfall method to design the website layout according to the wishes of the KWT and ISO 9126 is used to test the quality standardization of the website. The results obtained in this study are the Functionality value of 1 which can be said to be good. In Efficiency by using Page Speed Inserts of 75% and GTMatrix of 67%. In Reality the success percentage is 96%. On the Usability Scale Likert results, the ranks are neutral to agree, on the Usability Scala System (SUS) it gets 71.5%, on the Validity and Reliability test the responses of 10 respondents to 14 questions are declared valid and reliable. In Portability there is website testing using a computer and android web browser. These tests have shown the results that the KWT Website and application meet the portability quality factor criteria. In the test, the characteristics tested are in accordance with the ISO 1926 standard that the website developed and tested has met the feasibility for use.
