Abstract
ANALISIS PENDEKATAN FAULT TREE ANALYSIS PROGRAM KESELAMATAN KERJA DALAM USAHA MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS Ufron Nasroni 1, Ferida Yuamita 2 1,Program Studi Teknik Industri, Fakultas Sains & Teknologi Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta ABSTRAK Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan hal yang penting dalam proses operasional didalam perusahaan, apabila dilalaikan akan berakibat sangat fatal dan bisa merugikan orang lain, dirinya sendiri maupun perusahaan UMKM tahu maryanto dalam produksinya belum menerapkan program K3. Sehingga menyebabkan permasalahan kecelakaan kerja dengan total kecelakaan 54 insiden pada periode 2020 yang berdampak terhambatnya proses produksi karena hilangnya jam kerja karyawan sehingga menyebabkan turunnya produktivitas produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa penerapan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja dengan pendekatan fault tree analysis dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja di UMKM . Pendekatan metode fault tree analysis untuk mencari penyebab masalah utama dari potensi kecelakaan terjadi di UMKM tahu maryanto selama 2 tahun terakhir mulai tahun 2019-2020 dan dianalisa berdasarkan data jumlah jam hilang kerja. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan pengumpulan data sekunder dengan metode literature. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran terhadap frekuensi rate, severity rate dan nilai T selamat, tingkat frekuensi untuk menyatakan jumlah kecelakaan yang terjadi tiap 1.000.000 jam kerja dalam periode saat itu. Tingkat keparahan menyatakan jumlah hari hilang akibat terjadinya kecelakaan karena kecelakaan untuk setiap1.000.000 jam kerja dari jumlah ”jam kerja” karyawan. Nilai T selamat adalah pengukuran yang bertujuan membandingkan hasil tingkat penurunan kecelakaan yang dicapai untuk kerja tersebut. Maka dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecelakaan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. MSME Tofu Maryanto in its production has not implemented the K3 program, causing work accident problems with a total of 54 accidents in the 2020 period which resulted in delays in the production process due to the loss of employee working hours, causing a decrease in production productivity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of occupational health and safety with a fault tree analysis approach in increasing work productivity in SMEs. The fault tree analysis method approach is to find the cause of the main problem of potential accidents occurring in MSMEs tofu Maryanto for the last 2 years starting in 2019-2020 and analyzed based on data on the number of hours lost from work. Primary data collection is done by observation method and secondary data collection by literature method. In this study, measurements were made of the frequency rate, severity rate and safe T value, the frequency level to state the number of accidents that occurred every 1,000,000 working hours in the current period. Severity level states the number of days lost due to accidents due to accidents for every 1,000,000 working hours of the number of “hours worked” employees. The safety T value is a measurement that aims to compare the results of the accident reduction rate achieved for the work. So the results of the study indicate that work accidents affect work productivity. Keywords: work safety, work accidents, fault tree analysis, productivity
