Abstract

Trasportasi merupakan salah satu unsur kemajuan suatu Negara. Namun yang terjadi saat ini timbul beberapa masalah transportasi, salah satunya kemacetan yang sifatnya perlu segera ditangani. Kota Yogyakarta sebagai salah satu kota besar mencoba menerapkan hal tersebut dengan pengoperasian Bus antar kota guna mengurangi kedatangan kendaraan pribadi dari luar kota Yogyakarta. Selain untuk mengurangi kemacetan diharapkan juga bisa menunjung berkembangnya wisata di daerah Kota Yogyakarta. Maka dari itu penelitian ini melakukan evaluasi terhadap tarif yang berlaku pada Bus antar Kota Yogyakarta menuju Bandara YIA Yogyakarta dan sebaliknya. Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi Tarif Angkutan Umum berdasarkan nilai Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK), kemampuan membayar Ability To Pay (ATP), Willingness To Pay (WTP). Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan cara survey lapangan dengan membagikan kusioner pada penumpang-penumpang yang ada di Bus untuk mengetahui kemampuan membayar dan kerelaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengacu pada hasil kusioner dari penumpang berdasarkan nilai ATP responden angkutan Bus DAMRI paling banyak berkisar diatas Rp. 25.000 yaitu sebanyak 11 responden (37 %). Selanjutnya nilai ATP terbanyak yang kedua berada pada nilai antara Rp. 10.000 – Rp. 15.000 sebanyak 10 responden (34 %). Selanjutnya sebanyak 4 responden (13 %) memiliki nilai ATP kurang dari Rp. 10.000. Sebanyak 4 responden (13 %) memiliki nilai ATP diantara Rp. 20.100 – Rp 25.000. Sisanya sebesar 3% (1 responden) memiliki nilai ATP sebesar Rp. 15.100 – Rp. 20.000. Sedangkan nilai WTP adalah Nilai terbanyak terdapat pada angka lebih dari Rp. 25.000,00 dengan 12 responden (40%) pemilih. Pada urutan kedua, tarif menurut responden berada pada kisaran Rp. 10.000,00 – Rp. 15.000,00 dengan 9 responden (30%) pemilih. Sebanyak 8 responden (27%) memilih tarif berkisar antara Rp. 15.100,00 – Rp. 20.000,00 dan sisanya sebanyak 1 responden (3%) berkisar antara Rp. 20.100,00 – Rp. 25.000,00 dan kurang dari Rp. 10.000,00 sebanyak 0 responden (0%). Kata kunci: ATP, BOK, WTP, Kuisoner Transportation is one element of the progress of a country. What is happening now is the emergence of several transportation problems, one of which is traffic jams that need to be addressed immediately. The city of Yogyakarta as one of the big cities tries to overcome this by operating inter-city buses to reduce the arrival of private vehicles from outside the city of Yogyakarta. In addition to reducing congestion, it is also hoped that it can support the development of tourism in the Yogyakarta City area. This study evaluates the tariffs that apply to the Yogyakarta Intercity Bus to Yogyakarta YIA Airport and vice versa. This research is to evaluate the Public Transport Tariff based on the value of Vehicle Operational Cost (BOK), Ability To Pay (ATP), and Willingness To Pay (WTP). Data collection was carried out by means of a field survey by distributing questionnaires to passengers on the bus to determine their ability to pay and willingness. The results of this study refer to the results of the questionnaire from passengers based on the ATP value of the respondents of the DAMRI Bus transportation, which is mostly above Rp. 25,000, namely as many as 11 respondents (37%). Furthermore, the second highest ATP value is between Rp. 10,000 – Rp. 15,000 as many as 10 respondents (34%). Furthermore, as many as 4 respondents (13%) have an ATP value of less than Rp. 10,000. A total of 4 respondents (13%) have an ATP value of between Rp. 20.100 – Rp. 25.000. The remaining 3% (1 respondent) has an ATP value of Rp. 15.100 – Rp. 20,000. While the WTP value is the highest value found in numbers more than Rp. 25,000.00 with 12 respondents (40%) voters. In the second place, the rate according to respondents is in the range of Rp. 10,000.00 – Rp. 15.000,00 with 9 respondents (30%) voters. A total of 8 respondents (27%) chose tariffs ranging from Rp. 15.100.00 – Rp. 20,000.00 and the remaining 1 respondent (3%) ranged from Rp. 20.100.00 – Rp. 25,000.00 and less than Rp. 10,000.00 as many as 0 respondents (0%).
